On Saturday, I called mid afternoon, and my driveway was clear before dinner. The best time was once a couple of years ago - they were there just 30 minutes after I called. It really depends on where they are when you call. The longest wait was during a blizzard last year, but it wasn't like I was going anywhere anyway. The best part is that you don't have to pay for a plow of 3 inches like you do with a contact. I think they will also do emergency service as well, if you need them to plow immediately (for an extra cost). I recommend 3D for plowing certainly, but they also do other stuff as well. We've worked with Grove Gardens over the past year to take down 30+ trees, excavate the land by removing stumps and rocks, tear down our old deck and build a bluestone patio, and tear out the many pavers in the front yard to replace with grass. Their service has been impeccable. Our yard is finally a place where our kids can play and where we can entertain outside. We love the work that has been done and can't recommend the company enough. The pictures are mostly in progress because we are still working on the yard and excited for the grass to grow in more. We can't wait for summer.

I contacted Grove Gardens via email to give them a chance to make it right but never heard back. I order my mom flowers twice a year and they just lost my business. Also I am one of 4 sisters that live all over the country. Grove Gardens lost the business of our entire family of 6. All it would have taken was an email reply to me and a delivery of additional purple flowers to my mom and they would have kept our business. Too bad. I guess I'll try Big Y next time. Their loss
