If you're looking for a company with great quality and great service, I highly recommend Cisco Fencing. Francisco helped me with my dream backyard. I got a beautiful 7ft fence (for the privacy), brand new concrete and patio. The quality of the work exceeded what I expected!! We wanted to extend our patio both in length and height so they broke it all down (concrete included) and built back up into something magnificent! We also asked to have a walkway added which they did with ease. They are very thorough and professional. Coming from someone who knows nothing about this kind of stuff, they made the process so smooth and easy. Francisco even helped set us up with an electrical company to get our fans and lights done on the patio! If you need any kind of rework done on your fence or patio, run to call them. I couldn't ask for a better company.

Professional company that build nice fences. Nice crew. Very easy to work with "during the job" (but I also took good care of them...) but I'm afraid that is where it ends. I have delayed writing a review to give them a chance to return to adjust/fix/ address issues - but after at least six (6) attempts across with both the owner Francisco and he his son Max (even spoke 2-3 times) still - NO FOLLOW UP. Not professional nor will than earn any referrals unless they return and address the issues. On top of that, we had discussed a 2nd storage shed to be built to start immediately after the fence project ($30k+) and even need a 3rd but not interested I guess. I even had ordered custom doors for the 2nd building ($1800) that have been sitting in storage for 3 months now. What a shame. Here's the chance to make good - I will update this review in 30 days with status or . Hope they read this :)

Cinder block in front of metal gate that doesn't work

I have extensive experience with Francesco at Cisco Fences. They installed a new wood fence for me in 2014 and did a follow-up project in Summer of 2019 with a metal fence including a puppy panel. The initial project was done well, that is what the 2 stars are for. The follow-up project was done poorly and Cisco Fences was unwilling to stand behind their work, despite repeated efforts by me to reach out to them by phone, text and email starting in February 2020 through May 2020. His helper at the office, actually indicated that they would send someone out, but of course this never took place. One of the metal fence gates doesn't properly open/close anymore so we are using a cinder block. The re-stain job on the original wood fence was a disaster as you can see in the attached pictures. Stay away from them, they have many complaints against them at the BBB. Based on my multiple experiences with them, those complaints likely have merit. You have been warned.

Overspray.. can't get a return phone call

Did my neighbors house. Painted my car and parts of my house in addition to the neighbors fence. Over a week and waiting on call back, or email, or ...... update:still no calls from the company. I contacted the city, asked for and got a copy of the insurance certificate required for them to be registered with the city. I then called the insurance company to file the claim directly. Cisco Fence still has not returned calls or emails. If you choose to do business with them you may need to ask for the certificate upfront to proved to your neighbors..

Ask the Community - Cisco Fences

Does anyone know if they have gone out of business? We had a fence installed by them this last fall. It was well done. However, we have had a lack of follow up on a couple of items. I tried to send an email to them and got a bounce back.

They are still in business but are impossible to get in touch with for service after initial install. Best way is to call. Number is on their website.

I filtered about 30 concrete contractors via phone, on-line, and read a 1,000 on-line reviews, Better Business Bureau reviews, Angie's List, Yelp, Neighborhood Apps, blah, blah, blah. I found 3-4 that I was confident in hiring. I don't know how I found RS Concrete honestly - it's a blur. However, I knew INSTANTLY the owner knew what he was talking about when he came by. He gave me a bid. He wasn't the cheapest, but he wasn't the most expensive. He was on the high side, but I will tell you that his visit sold me - period. You pay for what you get. He was on time, prompt, communicated, insured, knowledgeable, experienced, and had a great crew working on this project. I am so pleased with the outcome and going through the headaches of finding RS Concrete. I can't recommend them enough!

Unfortunately, my experience with RC Landscaping was deeply disappointing…read more I initially hired them to help with a landscaping project. The contractor came out, marked up my lawn, sprayed grass killer, and began preparing the area. Shortly afterward, another contractor happened to stop by and offered a quote. Out of fairness, I wanted to validate pricing not to haggle, just to understand. Instead of having a professional conversation, RC Landscaping took offense and walked off the job entirely. What's worse is that he had already sprayed my yard, leaving me with dead, unsightly grass and no plan to repair or finish the work. Now I'm left scrambling to fix damage I didn't ask for just because I wanted to make an informed decision. The photo attached shows the current state of my lawn. It's clear, marked, and dead. This wasn't how I expected the relationship to end. If you're considering RC Landscaping, beware: if you seek clarity on price, they might just leave you mid-project. RESPONSE : I initially contacted RC Landscaping to help design flower beds for my front yard. We discussed expectations, and he even came out to mark the yard and spray it to prep for install. While I hadn't delivered the materials yet, I was planning to, and we had a start date set. Things changed when I asked a simple question about pricing. Another contractor had stopped by with a lower estimate, and I wanted to understand the difference--especially since only one bed was multi-layered and the rest were basic. I wasn't trying to cancel the job; just asking for clarity. Instead of a conversation, the contractor called off the job entirely, citing a lack of trust. I was left with patches of dead grass and no work done. I also asked to keep the drawing for reference (since I now have to start over), but was told no. The owner claims I was difficult or indecisive--but I have screenshots that show I was respectful and collaborative throughout. I never changed the job scope drastically--I asked thoughtful questions as part of normal planning. In the end, I can't recommend this business based on how the situation was handled. A simple follow-up led to the project being abandoned, and now I'm left cleaning up and restarting. Attaching screenshots from our actual conversation to provide context. I believe they show I was clear, respectful, and simply trying to understand pricing and next steps.

The first never responded and the second needed several weeks just to come out and take a look, but American came out the following day and took the time to talk about everything we had in mind. They then followed up quickly with an itemized quote including multiple options we had discussed. We had them build an 8ft privacy fence and are extremely pleased with the result as well as the service. This fence is a major upgrade! It's not only nice to look at, but solid. We also had them install a custom corner gate that will allow us to make much better use of our big yard, and it turned out better than we could have hoped for. The pricing was very reasonable, build-out was fast and professional, and the guys were super easy to work with. The owner Todd personally consulted with us at every stage to make sure we got everything we wanted. I am thrilled not to have to worry about our fence blowing down every time it's windy or our dogs knocking planks loose; plus, with our corner lot, we definitely gained curb appeal points. My husband and I own a small business ourselves and try to support other family run businesses as much as we can, and it was absolutely the right move for this project. You won't go wrong with these guys. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
