Before they closed on Saturday, I texted Joshua. His response was that his grandmother was in the hospital and might not make it. Of the companies I contacted, he had great pricing and was very transparent and upfront about costs and potential factors that might affect the price such as condition of subfloor, etc. He gave me a range and wound up charging me on the lower end, which was appreciated. I had him put in Garrison engineered wood flooring in two bedrooms to try to match my existing wood floors in common areas along with a baseshoe to cover the gap between the floor and baseboard. He was able to keep the floor flush in one bedroom, and added a transition for the second because the subfloor had poured concrete and was higher than the landing.
