I arrived on time, checked in at the front desk, and was told I could browse the showroom while they let her know I had arrived. The showroom was very quiet--there were actually more sales associates than customers, with several sitting at their desks--yet no one approached me to ask if I needed help. I wasn't concerned at first since I had an appointment. After about 10 minutes, I checked back in with reception and was told Marinell was "wrapping up a phone call." I sat in the small waiting area next to the front desk. While waiting, I overheard another sales associate remark to the receptionist something along the lines of, "I don't know why Marinell does this--she knows she has an appointment and keeps chatting on the phone," which suggested this might not be an isolated occurrence. At 3:43 PM, I went back to the desk and explained that if she wasn't available by 3:45 (a reasonable 15-minute grace period), I would have to leave. I had other appointments scheduled that afternoon. I was again told she would be "right over." She never came. At 3:45, I left. This was especially frustrating because I was prepared to spend a significant amount of money on a bathroom remodel and had specifically made the appointment to start that process. With multiple sales associates present and the showroom nearly empty, it was surprising that no one stepped in to assist. The overall experience felt unprofessional and dismissive, and the atmosphere came across as somewhat indifferent to customers' time. I expected better from a showroom with Ferguson's reputation. Unfortunately, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

They only had one faucet in stock, but he told me the other one would arrive tomorrow. He gave me all of the paperwork I needed to pick up the other faucet, and told me to come back after 10 AM. When I arrived the next day to pick up the other faucet, Fidel greeted me by name, and knew exactly what I was there for. He got me in and out in less than 10 minutes. This review is very limited to one aspect of this business. Generally Williams Sonoma has very…read morehigh-end quality merchandise. Where they fail is in their towels. Their Williams Sonoma towels cannot be kept clean. It's impossible. I have bleached them used high-quality detergents, spot Removers anything I can but they still come out spotting and dirty. There is no possibility of keeping these towels clean and for the expense they're just not worth it. You might be able to see in the pictures the dirt smudges, or the yellowing and this is after bleaching the towels using variety of detergents, using spot removers, using anything I can to try and get them White again. Frankly, target has better towles than Williams Sonoma and for the price. It's unforgivable that they have these in their store. The label indicates they are made in Turkey. Frankly, given the quality I thought they were made in China. Do not buy these towels I don't care what the promotion is it's just not worth it.
