They don't acknowledge you when you come in, they fight amongst themselves, they are not only rude to each other but to the customers coming in. Unless you're a cop and then they kiss your ass. I see that all the time. I keep telling myself to never go in again, but then something comes up and I go in. Whoever manages this store needs to take note of their employees and find new ones. I went to this store around 8:30 pm to fill out my gas tank and buy empanadas inside, and by accident locked my car with the keys and my cell phone inside. I went back to the store to ask any employee if they could call Triple-A for me. Well, no employee inside was able to help me with that. The lady in the cashier told me her phone was not working, same thing for the black guy. I asked if the store did not have a landline so that one of the employees could make a simple call to help a regular client of the store. The answer was no, according to the black dude, the store does not have a landline(really???). After getting no help from any of the cashiers, I went to the food session to ask another employee if they had a working phone to call Tripple-A, before she could even answer, the black guy came to my direction and told me to stop bothering the workers and that I could not be asking customer to use their phone, something that I never did. I never talk or ask to use anybody's phone, ONLY IF ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES COULD MAKE A SIMPLE CALL TO HELP ME. When I tried to explain that to the black guy, he told me I should leave the store immediately or he would call the cops Well, I did leave the store to never come back. I live I mile from that store and I always filled my tank since that store opened 4 years ago, I also I am a regular buyer of the empanadas, but never again. They lost my business. Oh yeah. This gas station isn't unlike your typical country fuel stop with all sorts of flammable liquids for your internal combustion machines, and cold drinks, energy pills, and salty snacks. This part should go un-noticed, because after all, it's just a gas station with a convenience store. Most often, I arrive well after the little restaurant is closed, so I don't think much about it. A friend of mine tells me a couple weeks ago that "You've GOT to try their biscuits" and the thought fell by the wayside. Well, on this lucky Saturday morning, I prance my chubby self into the convenience store to purchase liquefied dinosaur juice for my car, and I notice a small line forming at the biscuit place. Oh happy day! The biscuit place is open! Order in, I expected to wait for a few minutes, but nope. They nice woman behind the counter said "ORDER UP!" and I was headed toward bliss in my mouth. The biscuits (mine with gravy of course) are one hell of a value for what you get. Top quality, and service with a smile. I need to adjust my morning schedule to accommodate this newfound gut bomb.
