The guy is like a zombie, witnessed him being really rude to a newspaper delivery person, I come to find out that person is one of the owner of a Cambodian restaurant in Lowell and is doing deliveries before he has to go back into town to open his restaurant. This goes to show, don't judge a person, the young gentleman is a very nice kind and soft spoken person that own his own business vs a guy that's miserable behind the counter. News guy/ business owner gets the W and a A for this one, gas station guy gets a F and needs more training.

The dark hair woman cashier lectures me about being in the way and getting in line behind my male friend. I gave her push back . So I go out to pump gas and she makes me wait a long time before turning the pump on. Then she keeps shutting off the pump every few seconds,then turns it on , shut if off awhile until I was only able to pump $4.64 worth of gas. It was 6:55 pm. To me this retaliation is offensive. Now I can not drive to my important appointment. She should be fired for denying a customer gas.

Used to come to this shop numerous times and had good experiences. For the past year they've done…read moreshoddy jobs, such as welding my exhaust for hundreds in labor only to have splatter all over and improper seals, meaning I had to grind all the welds down and redo them myself to make them look even half decent. Every other job has been sub par and they falsely fail parts for inspections to get more money out of their customers. If you want something done right, on time, and for a reasonable price, don't go here.

Then I went to VIP and had some other work done they looked at the tire and said there was no hole, and filled it up . Well the tire pressure dropped and wasn't fixed. Needleless to say I was frustrated my truck felt unbalanced while I was driving it. So I pulled into my favorite gas station to get gas and and told them about my tire problem Caleb offered to fix it , and he did just that He replaced the sensor on the tire. Everyone else was looking at other things but Rt13 station In Brookline fixed the problem the had nagged me for over a month I'm sold on their service abilities and would highly recommend them !

These guys are the real deal. The prices are fair, the staff is super helpful, and it's always packed. The store has lots of items inside. We are also looking forward to the opening of the Cafe in the center of town! They also have diesel here!
