Our family favorite is the Ploughman's Lunch: rosemary ham, mango chutney, pickled red onion, cheddar, and lemony arugula on a Portuguese roll. It's the perfect balance of savory, tangy, and fresh. Our second go-to is the Pig and Fig, which is just as delicious. They also have gluten free bread available. In addition to the sandwiches, their cozy shop sells cheeses (if you love blue cheese you have got to try Rogue River!!), charcuterie, natural wines, craft beer, and carefully curated accompaniments like jams and chutneys. I've gifted their chic napkins and artisanal jams many times, and they always make the perfect host or hostess gift. They even carry unique finds like Bret's goat cheese and chili pepper potato chips, which I can't find anywhere else! On Fridays, they even have free wine tastings, which are such a fun way to discover new bottles.
