He asks for id and cc. I provided both. Then says I need a veifiier that we can reach out to if needed, that knows why I need this rental. What? Gave him a name. Starts asking me where am I taking the truck from one house to another. He then says insufficient answer. What? Verifier not acceptable tell me another verfiier that is related and local. I said I have rented many uhauls at other locations and haven't been talked down to like this ever. He says "get out" we are done you are not renting my truck. Guy after me says I need the keys to the biggest box truck all paid ready to go, he takes one look at him and says I have no information. Kid says I am not going thru that stupidly long process again, and the owner says "get out you are not getting my truck. While we are both outside waiting for uber we called main uhaul number and complained as the owner prevented us from cancelling. Uhaul did right by us. This gas station needs to close. Its impossible to get a uhaul same day and this owner knew that. Stop giving your money to this complete ignorant tyrant.
