I couldn't be happier, Luis Machuca's attention and his team were the best! after dealing with rude agents and zero personalized attention to my specific situation, I had the pleasure to come across a listing from citi habitats, the agent was Luis Machuca. After arranging an appointment with him at the citi habitats' office (which btw has the nicest meeting spaces) he and his colleague John Guerrero made sure to walk me through all of my options and explain me every little detail and steps according to my specific case. John looked at my papers and explained me what was best for me and how they could help me get there (we all know how renting our own space in NY can be really difficult!) they were 100% committed to find me the right fit after we talked and right then and there gave me a list of options that were a good match, that checked all my boxes, and that was within my budget. After that, Luis took me to see the first option which was the one I wanted to stick with! They completely got my vision, proof of that was that the first apartment they showed me was THE ONE for me. They know the landlords in the best buildings and can help make your candidacy the best one, and so they did. I applied at that same moment because Luis had made sure that I went to the appointment with the things he already knew i would need if i wanted to apply after our meeting and showings. He got me prepared and so I applied after the first showing and the very next day, still in the AM he called me to give me the great news! I got the apartment, a steal that only they would know how to find and how to get me approved. Now I have my super charming studio in UES and I couldn't be happier. I would 100% recommend Luis Machuca, John Guerrero and their entire team! Make sure you look for their specific team when you go to Citi Habitats. I also talked to Jerry Torrens for another listing and I know he is in the same team because he had the same awesome vibe! He wished me all the luck and gave me tips and tricks even though I wasn't looking at his specific listing anymore. The attitude he had when he knew I was working with Luis and John is something rare, since usually they get aggressive or talk bad about their colleagues, (commissions I guess) but Jerry was the sweetest! Anyway - these three guys in Citi Habitats made my whole NY apartment hunting experience so joyful and exciting and so different to how stressful and discouraging it had been with other agents. PS. Much like other people have commented on Yelp, I had a terrible experience with Bruno Boudjemai. I reached out to him about viewing I had come across on apartments.com. He asked me to first come into his office. Fine, whatever. I come in and he had me fill out a detailed questionnaire and asked me a bunch of questions. I told him my requirements and he pressed me to look for something in another location and get a sooner move-in date, claiming my expectations were unreasonable. I have spent enough time doing research to know what I can get. I asked him multiple times about the listing that I initially contacted him about, and he dismissed it as too small and not something I'd like. Smelled like a bait-and-switch, oldest trick in the book. Instead, he wanted to set up viewings of several places he thought would be good for me. Sure, let's see what he comes up with. We arranged to see some places the next day, and I get an email about an hour prior with an address for the first location. It's about 20 degrees that day, so I showed up a couple minutes early knowing I wouldn't want to make anyone wait for me in the cold. I emailed him and his assistant to let them know I am here, and get back a response that his assistant is running 5-10 minutes late. After 20 minutes, my extremities were freezing while my temper was boiling, so I left and let him know it's a shame he doesn't respect his clients' time. His cavalier response (see below) confirms that this man really doesn't care about his clients. It's rather amazing to me that agents have no qualms demanding 15% of your annual rent while treating their customers like they are doing us a favor. Save yourself the time and avoid Bruno and probably Citi Habitats as a whole. read more

When I declined saying that email was best for communication, he came back and said it was a security issue. Mind you, I've booked 2 apt viewings for tomorrow, not including 2 others from earlier in the week, and no one questioned that I prefer email as opposed to sharing my phone number. I kindly declined again, explaining that with all of the apts I'm looking at I'd rather not be giving out my # to a bunch of random realtors. His response "Paige, Open House on Saturday from 2 M to 3 PM" Ladies if you're not willing to give up your number don't plan on seeing any listings of Luca's. read more

I arrived on time and found a note on the door that instructed interested people to text the cell number. The agent Aurel answered saying to give him a few minutes. So I waited, outside the building in the 30 degrees weather, not even the lobby. 10 minutes went by and I texted again and Aurel said he was with clients, to give him time. I waited outside for 20 minutes just to see an OPEN HOUSE, doesn't he understand the word OPEN?? Total waste of time. read more

Maryana Kozlova was truly impressive. We contacted her through a listing on the Citihabitats website and she called us within 24 hours to get to the bottom of what exactly we were looking for in our next apartment. She knew precisely what questions to ask to get us to consider the features that mattered most to us in our new home. We met her two days later, and spent nearly 4 hours viewing ten apartments in the Upper East Side in a single day. Maryana was responsive and adjusted the apartments we saw next based upon our thoughts and reactions to the previous units. All of the residences that were shown to us fit our originally expressed wants and needs. We came out of the viewings with a list of numerous viable choices but Maryana was able to ensure we were approved for our first choice! Her assistance didn't end there though; she kept us organized and guided us through the entire application process. Maryana continued to be present for our lease signing and remained available for any questions we had thereafter. As any New Yorker can attest to, apartment hunting in the city is daunting and stressful. Maryana completely changed that for us. She shortened our expected search of three to four weeks down to just three days. I have mixed feelings about this place. I was supposed to meet with Luis Machuca. I got to the office a little early, so John Guerrero helped me with my initial paperwork and getting me settled in. Luis arrived on time to our meeting, and was personable, friendly, and actually listened to what I had to say. He gets 5 stars. However, it's his partner John that I had a problem with. Upon meeting John, he had asked me if I was ready to submit an application and paperwork on an apartment that day. I told him yes, as long as I found one that I really liked. After touring 4 places with Luis, I wasn't totally sold on anything just yet. John spoke to me on the phone and almost pressured me into picking one, saying "well I thought you wanted to do this today", etc etc. Picking an apartment is already a stressful enough task, so I definitely don't need a commission hungry agent harping on me to make a decision on a place I'm not in love with. I would love to work with Luis again, but I would rather go it alone if I had to work with John again. read more

She listed a price for the unit, but when I experienced interest I'm taking the unit and wanting the application, she began hinting that e price wasn't what she listed it online, and the smart a much higher amount for the unit. When I emailed her broker agent, Mr. Hirschhorn he gave me an excuse that it was a net rent amount, of which I found completely false, because I explained to him how that was wrong and then said he didn't know what the agent was doing and he kept putting me on hold during our call. He probably was banking that I couldn't do math. The agent Hasson, never got back to me with the application. She hung on me when I called the second time asking for it, she said she heard I talked to her boss, and that she was busy with another client, and then, click. read more

A few weeks back, I was checking out apartments with Citi Habitat's agent; Isabella Masala. She was very friendly, and knowledgeable and she showed us (my boo and I) around different parts of Queens that we were interested in, and weren't originally considering until she brought it to our attention. For the record: I'd, personally, give Isabella 4 stars and the company 3 stars. I'm truly grateful that she was our first agent in our search for the right apartment. The few downsides were the fee; they ask for is 15% of the annual rent and it's non-negotiable. Granted, these agents work hard to find our dream apartments/residences, but the majority of people we checked out places with charged what was equivalent to one month's rent, and a few were 10% of the annual rent. The other downside was that as we were visiting various places, sometimes the keys were not available or units weren't unlocked when they were supposed to have been. We went back and forth a couple of times to re-visit a locked apartment that should have been unlocked when we first got there. The other downside is that sometimes, when a key is missing or a unit is locked, it means that the apartment was rented between the time frame that the agent scheduled the showing and the showing. Overall, if the fee isn't too hefty for you and you like exploring areas you are and aren't thinking about moving to, I think Isabella is very personable and helpful and helps you determine what it is you seek within your new home. We had the good fortune of working with Bobby Blanski from the upper Westside office. He is a superb realtor, and an absolutely delight to work with. He first asked us our preferences and within a day searched out excellent matches. He arranged the viewings in such an organized way that we were able to spend 2 productive hours visiting a good number apartments. The choices were excellent because he took all of our requirements into consideration. He scouted out such good options that it was hard to make a decision. We did select one, but then I reconsidered and the next day asked to visit one of the others again. He never missed a beat and set it up in a New York minute. And of course that is the apartment we are renting. Again, Bobby's knowledge and outstanding interpersonal skills made him a delight to work with. He made what is generally a stressful process easy and even good fun due to his good humor. My husband and I recommend him highly. read more

Wish I could give less than 1 star. Bruno was the worst agent I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. He pretends to be there to help but in actuality bullshits everything. I specifically asked for no fee (OP) apartments which he agreed on, yet only lined up apartments with fees because "only shitty apartments have OP" He claimed that the apartments he was showing had no images because they were so new. However, I had seen the ad for one and had actually seen the apartment for another. In every instant Bruno was condescending and manipulative. I emailed Ivan originally for a listing that turned out to be unavailable, however he was more than willing to show us other similar apartments that had just come on the market. The first apartment he showed us checked all the boxes off our wish list, and when we told him that we wanted that apartment, he immediately called the leasing office to start our application process to guarantee that we got it! This review is for JILLIAN VIGON, a part of "Vigon Group" which is her and her mother. Where to start. She showed us one apartment that was great, but it was a bit out of our price range. I told her we need to pay, $4600 NET. I defined to her NET being if there is a fee, add that in, if they give a free month, take that out of the cost of a year, divided by 12. So after all is said in done, we need it to be 55,200 for the year. She said not a problem. So she made us pay for a cab to get to the next place, odd. The next place was great. She said that we would get approved within the day, she spoke to the owner, and they liked our pre qualifications. We had to pay $250 EACH for a background check for the building, but the place was nice so we were down. We go back to the office, and she did some number crunching and talked to me about the place being $5,250 a month. I asked her about the rent at the apartment, and she said $4675, I asked what the other amount was for, and she said "well we have to get paid too." At this point her mother rolls up in her electric wheelchair, and gets up and starts yelling at a colleague about her lunch order, like really yelling. Then she asked what the problem was, and after Jillian explained to mommy what was happening, her mommy was mad at me. She said that I was confused about what net meant. I asked her does net not mean everything all together? What was confusing about $55,200 a year all in? She then said something along the lines of me being confused and young. I'm not "young" and I draft contracts ALL DAY for work. She then wouldn't give me back the cashiers check that was for the deposit, which I had to literally grab from her hand, since it's basically cash. Walked out of the office. JILLIAN then proceeded to call me 1000 times, called my roommates, texted us 1000 times, THEN CALLED OUR WORK FROM A NUMBER WE DID NOT PROVIDE HER. This freak looked up our places of work that we mentioned, and called our bosses asking for us. We had to call her office and tell her manager to have her stop calling us. We then went contacted the building to stop our application and that we wouldn't be paying the $250 application fee. They told us that there was no fee and that they would investigate why Jillian tried to use them as a scapegoat for getting $750 from us. SHADY SHADY SHADY. He was impatient, unprofessional and aggressive when he found out I had an agent representing me. He was also super annoyed when I told him my friend'd look at the place for me and I might not be able to live in the unit "full time" as I'm on an overseas work assignment. Here is part of our email exchanges: ME: FYI, (my agent) from Corcoran is working with me so I'll let her get in touch with you on those questions. (my friend) who called you this morning and will go to the open house for me on Sunday. Thanks IRA: Your free to do anything you wish but why would you have repeated contact with me and then tell me you have your own broker? You should ONLY be in touch with her and then her with me. I had one of the worse experiences with Allen Gurwitz of citi habitat and ultimately lost the deal of the apt i had wanted. He snuck into the apt twice without being able to set up a proper apt. I never got clear answers on any of my questions, and when we applied for the apt- we never felt he represented us, we needed certified checks before we were approved- it was sleazy from the first moment. The only way we got answers was to get his manager involveed. I you want to feel good about paying a broker fee- skip this place. read more

Citi Habitats - Real Estate Services Near Me - New York, New York

This is a review of Dicky Tsuerte, Johnny Lal, and Seth Hirschhorn. I hired Dicky, who is on a team with the other realtors, to rent my apartment. When you hire someone, you would think that they have a fiduciary duty to be a good client and protect their name. Well, they have clauses in their contracts that can cause you serous financial harm and agony. I signed a contract with them in 2014 to RENT my apartment. I paid $5000 for their services, and a year later they were threatening to sue me for $100,000 (with an arbitrator, not a judge or jury, so there is no chance of winning). This is because there is a clause in the contract that they receive a percentage of any subsequent sale. I settled for $64,200. A big price to pay for renting out one's apartment. In fact, my total cost was almost $70,000 when you consider that I hired them in the first place. In a tight market like the one in NYC, there is no need to use an agent to rent or sell. I should also note that Citi Habitats has reported this review as "inappropriate" and Yelp actually removed it! I am a long time member of the Yelp community, and feel that it is wrong to allow the businesses that Yelpers review (appropriately) to have their reviews removed. Moving from SF to NYC is generally a logistical nightmare. Listings online are fake/outdated, vacant apartments receive applications hours within becoming available and there are a million brokers that bombard your phone for your business. My experience working with Steve Kwon and his team (Danny Zhu and Gina Yeo) was so positive and seamless that I created a Yelp account to contribute a review. When looking for an apartment, it's critical to work with an experienced broker. Steve has seven years of experience in the business so you're guaranteed to not waste your time finding a home that matches your criteria. His knowledge of the market is comprehensive and he had connections with all of the landlords relevant to my search. I had no problem creating appointments to visit the apartments I liked. What I found most impressive was Steve and his team's determination to find the perfect place for me. I must admit I made the team's life very difficult by requesting a specific criteria with an inflexible budget. There were instances where I said "if nothing else pans out, I'll settle for this apartment". While they easily could have pressured me into signing something I felt partial to, they refused to stop looking until I found a place I love. To help Steve and his team get an idea of what kind of apartment I was looking for, I provided them a list of 25+ online listings on Naked Apartments and Streeteasy. I expected Steve to spot check a few, but he went through each listing and called the landlord to set up appointments. While I was extremely stressed throughout the apartment hunt, it was incredibly comforting knowing I was working with a team that had my back. I was blown away by the team's professionalism, honesty and patience throughout the entire process. Steve was the quarterback at HQ that managed the logistics. Danny and Gina personally escorted me to the apartments and I was impressed with their tenacity. Danny managed to get us into every apartment despite logistical challenges posed by the landlords. Gina was sick on the day she showed me the apartments, but nonetheless was determined to help me find an apartment. Danny and Gina were openly honest about their perspectives on the units we visited, which was refreshing given most brokers tell you want you want to hear or whatever will expedite a deal. I eventually found a 1br/1ba with a gym, roof deck, laundry, elevator and doorman at an excellent price during one of the busiest seasons. Citi Habitats is the top broker in the game, and Steve, Danny and Gina are the dream team. You won't be disappointed - highly recommended! read more

I could not have been more disgusted with Claude's performance. We met up 3 different times to view apartments. The first time she did not have the right keys, which I don't completely blame her for, but this is still unprofessional. The final two times we went to view properties she was over 1/2 hour late. The first time I left work early, only to get a voicemail as I exited the subway that she would be delayed. It was raining out and I had no umbrella. The following Monday morning we were scheduled to meet at 8am, and she claimed she was stuck in traffic. However, this time she did not call to announce her tardiness. Instead, I waited in a blizzard. I found a new agent, Liza at Vertical City, but to make matters worse, she began to meddle with that deal, and demanded that I pay her Citi Habitats, as well as Vertical City. She claimed I signed a contract with her, I got a confession out of her that I did NOT. She started trying to creatively add fees, but I caught her, and she was inflating the prices of units I saw listed on Craigslist for $50/mo less!! These creeps just believe eachother, evidence be damned. I was going to pay for a unit upfront for a full year, but because they squabbled among themselves and wanted $200 more from me, I walked away. Probably a good thing.. Dawnay Day/Vertical City gets the WORST reviews in the city. read more

Just another person here singing Jimmy Circosta's praises :) He helped me find my first NYC apartment about 8 years ago (with a few laughs along the way at some of the horrific places we looked at) and we've been in touch ever since. Apartment hunting in NYC seemed colossally intimidating when I first started. Terms like co-ops and guarantor confused me. Fortunately I had an amazing broker by my side to help me out. Hanqing Wu was extremely cordial and professional. She was able to find relevant listings based on my preferences and introduce me to different neighborhoods across the City, illustrating the different sorts of apartments one could find on a specific budget. Hanqing's knowledge about individual neighborhoods (including supermarket and restaurant recommendations) truly made a difference. This strategy truly allowed me to explore all NYC has to offer in terms of the housing market. Hanqing was always on hand to answer questions either by call or text in a timely manner. She is extremely sharp and knowledgable about the market and was easily able to explain it to a novice like myself. Her listings were spot-on. The showings were coordinated in a way to minimize schlepping around the city. I wouldn't have wanted to find a home in NYC any other way. read more

I got a job interview in New York, so I planned on a 4 day trip to NY for the interviews and apartment hunting. I was trying to schedule appointments for showing so I can finally settle on a place. I was researching through Craigslist and came across Danny Zhu. He called me when I was in Chicago and said that he can show me all the apartments when I am in New York on Tuesday. We scheduled an appointment at 12pm. On Tuesday, I arrived at the office at 11:50 am, and Danny texted me that we should meet up at 2pm. I had to wait 2 hours for him until I finally met someone from Citi Habitats. The company directed me to this other Korean guy named Steve. I am also 100% Korean, but he was so cocky and acted like I couldn't speak English. I know I am a young student, but I came with my bank statements and my parent's credit records prepared. I told them I can support myself for a year worth of rent from my bank account, but if that doesn't work I have a guarantor. Steve asked me what my parents do for business and that my guarantor will not work unless they earn at least $100,000 for income. My other choice was to pay my annual rent all at one time. It was just really rude to treat me like I'm really poor and have bad English. It sounded like they already planned to shoo me off because he refused to listen and would cut in while I was trying to talk. At the end, I just got out of the office with nothing. They didn't even show me any apartments. It was a huge waste of time. I have no idea why they even called me from Chicago in the first place and made an appointment with me or why I had to wait 2 hours. But I found a place in Manhattan not through Citi Habitats. Citi was a little disorganized - they were short staffed because of a holiday Which is understandable, and scrambling to call to find out if some apartments were available for showing. They waited until I was in the office to match apartments in their portfolio to my specs though, and they could have gathered that info from me when we talked on the phone to set up the appointment, so everything was ready to go when we started. The agent I worked with, Arian Mayer, was delightful and helpful when showing units. read more

I met with Wynson Ng and Lorett Vigon over the weekend to find an apartment for my boyfriend and I to move into on September 1st. It was early and not many things were listed, but I figured we would get set up with a good broker who could help us find what we wanted. I mainly worked with Wynson. He was very patient with us even though we were looking for a rather cheap 1 bedroom in Chelsea (which is pretty much unheard of). He ended up finding us (literally) our dream apartment with an absolutely perfect location for us in West Chelsea. It was the second place he took us to. He essentially knew us well enough to pinpoint the perfect spot within an hour of meeting us. They didn't try to hustle us or show us apartments that were wildly out of our price range, which I have had happen to me on many occasions, as this is my fourth apartment search in NYC. I was amazed at both their friendliness and professionalism. My current apartment's management was giving me trouble with regards to a letter of reference; I told Wynson how they were telling me they would have to charge me $100 for the letter and asked if a letter was required by most apartments. He actually called my management company for me and was able to convince them to send a ledger detailing how my payments were all on time (what most landlords care about) free of charge. He stuck his neck out for me even though at this point he didn't even have a guarantee I was going to rent from him. He is willing to fight for his clients which is a characteristic that is hard to come by. They were a pleasure to work with and I know if I ever end up requiring a real estate agent again I will go back to citi habitats and HOPEFULLY Wynson again! read more

Thanks to Steve Gray at CitiHabitats, my boyfriend and I found a lovely condo to rent in Williamsburg. We were moving to NYC from out of town, and therefore had limited time to search. The first weekend we searched was over July 4, which we had been told might be tricky because a lot of landlords are out of town and cannot grant access to units. We were originally slated to meet with a different broker from another agency but he canceled because he said there were no apartments he could show us that weekend. In contrast, Steve was able to show us plenty of places. We didn't find anything that weekend, but the places he showed us helped us reconfigure our search parameters. We resumed the search the following weekend. We met with another broker who showed us some places, but not very many and nothing we really liked. He basically told us that we would not be able to find anything in Williamsburg in our price range, so he never even showed us anything there. We met with Steve again the following day, and he again showed us a ton of places, including several very viable options in Williamsburg. We ended up choosing a condo, which involves a more complicated rental application process than a regular apartment. Steve was great at walking us through the steps and working with the owner's broker to prepare all the paperwork (essential since we couldn't stick around for a week to be there in person). Steve made the apartment search process as stress-free as possible every step of the way and was able to show us a lot of inventory so that we could make an informed decision. I would certainly use him again and would recommend him to anyone else! read more

CitiHabitats Real Estate agency knowingly works with landlords with lack of credibility. We have rented an apartment for 2 years, paying always on time. After we moved out and agreed on deductions impossed by the landlord, about 1.5 month passed. We still have not received security deposit back. Landlord either stops replying or promisses to return but does not. Agent who relisted the house (Eliza Melman) was informed about the situation at least twice. However, has not withdrawn the listing. Beware, agent KNOWINGLY continues to work with such landlord. This way, leasing the house via Citi Habitats may end up for you with lots of headache, false promises and small claim court. Great apartment, Great agent (Ike Toda), Great experience. We started our search for a 2 bedroom apartment and had to do a quick change to 3 bedrooms and during this time we were completely overwhelmed by the market and how quickly apartments were listed and taken down on a daily basis. This was our first apartment and we were completely lost. We all had our ideas of what a perfect apartment was and it probably didn't help that we had a 45+lb dog with us. Luckily, my third roommate knew Ike from before and asked him for his help on this insane voyage that is apartment hunting in NYC. Ike was extremely professional and once he knew our preferences, he would reach out or update us on an almost daily basis with apartment listings or tips to preparing our documents to maximize our chances of getting accepted. After a short 2 weeks, Ike comes to us with an apartment that was out of our budget but otherwise hit all the checkboxes on our list. He strongly believed that he would be able to lower the rent well into our price range and that we should put an application against it immediately. Within the 1-2 days we took to mull it over, Ike managed to get the monthly rent on the apartment dropped $50 below our budget and had all the paperwork ready to go. The next day we ended up signing the lease and have moved in just this past weekend. I don't know what magic Ike pulled to get the listing agent to come down by SO MUCH but he did and we're extremely glad to have had him guiding us on this crazy and confusing rental market in NYC. In a market that is disturbingly vague and convoluted with vocabulary and bait and switches, Ike was a breath of fresh air with his happy demeanor and extreme transparency. He always gave correct numbers regarding all fees during the entire process. Initially he said that my expectations were somewhat unrealistic so we parted ways without seeing any apartments. A few days later however, he called me and let me know about a place that was just coming on the market that he thought I would like. My GF and I recently moved in together and chose Citi-Habitats as our realtor of choice because we liked the layout of their site and their listings. Let me preface this by saying that we had done a lot of apartment research prior to meeting with our agents and knew exactly what we were looking for. Our agents were friendly and were more than willing to listen to us as to what we wanted. Unfortunately, they didn't exactly translate the information into apartment viewings. What I mean by this is that the first 3 or 4 apartments that they showed us actually had the exact opposite of what we were looking for. Now, I can understand if our standards were out of our price range, but they weren't. It wasn't until after seeing our 4th apartment when I told one of the agents "Look, this is what we want, we are not going to accept a place that doesn't meet these standards, so please just show us places like this" that we finally saw the place that we decided to take. Now, with that said, the agents were kind and courteous and were always quick to answer our calls or questions. They were also willing to show us as many apartments as necessary to keep our business (a good choice considering how many they had to show us before we found one we liked). Overall the experience was okay. Would I go back to Citi-Habitats again for finding a new place? If I was in love with a listing on their site, maybe. Otherwise, i would probably try a new broker. They are not a bad choice, I just didn't have the best experience with them. read more

I found a very interesting listing posted by Bruno and asked if I could come take a quick look so I know it's suitable for me or not. He kept insisting to come into his office instead (which is far away from the apartment I wanted to see) and wouldn't say exactly where it was. It doesn't quite add up and I doubt that the apartment in the listing was ever real. It was a waste of time from a man with ulterior motives and dishonesty. read more

Ramona Vicenty is a everything you need in a broker and more! I moved from Michigan to Manhattan as a college grad. As you can imagine, freshly out of college, I didn't have the most flexible finances. Ramona really made my search as stress-free as possible- I told her my budget and she respected it, didn't try to upsell me, or show me locations way out of my range (which a decent amount of other brokers I got in touch with did!) Ramona stayed in touch the entire time she worked- she visited locations in my stead, FaceTimed me on-site, and sent multiple pictures of the units with her honest opinions. In addition, she found a lot of locations that paid her fee, as she understood that would greatly help, as the large down payments associated with renting could be a problem. I settled on a location in the Financial District close to work, and it was everything I was hoping for! Ramona really cares about your needs and wants. She builds a great relationship with you, and works with you as a friend, as opposed to a paying client. If I ever need assistance finding a living space again, I would definitely go back to her. 10/10, would recommend her to anyone! read more
