The landlord and property management were unresponsive and it took a huge amount of effort to get them to fix the problems we were having in the apartment, which included water damage and mold from the A/C units. When they did eventually send maintenance to fix things, they often didn't address the root issue or the maintenance people wouldn't show up. We kept finding new examples of mold and water damage in the unit and building, and eventually we moved out because of it after realizing some of the health issues we'd had while living there were related to the mold issue.
