I ve been going to this tire shop for over 20 years but since the original owner passed away things are never the same. They hire new younger guys that doesn't take care of customers car like the older folks before. I took my new car in for a tire patch up and the younger guy that was getting the patch up done caused some deep scratches on my rim that I was not happy at all. These younger guys are irresponsible and won't care what happens to your rim. I won't be going back to support them anymore. If your car is new then go somewhere else because they will not take care of your car. Save yourself from the drama that this place will cause for you. read more

Had gone to a previous place for an alignment and they were adamant in telling me I was lying about not having a car accident because my frame was damaged and that's why I wouldn't be able to have an alignment. Citi Tire found the problem within minutes (one of my tires was defective and had a bulge). They put in a brand new tire and did an alignment for $165 ($100 for the tire, but I was expecting that since my SUV only takes certain tires). Second time I've gone and bad experience both times. I came the first time for a brake and rotor fix and I had already purchased my own items and all they needed to do was the service and put them on. Not only did I wait for 4 hours, nothing changed after they said they had "fixed" the problem. My brakes were still squeaky and did not brake smoothly as it normally should. I came back for them to fix the issue and they told me they'd fix it again, but I'd need to purchase their brakes and rotor instead. I told them no because I'm having to pay more than I should and that I shouldnt have to pay again. The second time i went was only for them to do a tire inspection because i know that one of my back tire had a nail because I've been needing to put air in it every 2-3 weeks. They eventually figured out which tire it was and they told me I'd need to buy a new tire to replace it as soon as possible. I told them to just patch it up because I need to get to work in an hour and a half. While they were doing it they told me that I had "6" holes in my tire and that I would need to purchase a new one or a used one. Since they already removed the nail from my tire I definitely wasn't able to just drive my car so I decided to buy a used tire for now. After they installed it on everything seemed fine, BUT the next day my symbol for a flat tire showed up on my dash when it shouldn't. The used tire I purchased from them was getting flat and it had only been 1 day of use. Honestly I understand it is a used tire, but they shouldn't be selling tires that are already in worse condition than the one they replaced. My tire with the nail lasted me for a few weeks while theirs only last 1 day? This place and the people who work here are not trustworthy and should lose their license and certificate for not doing their job correctly and safely. I took my car in to get new tires. They overpriced the tire for me and unfortunately I fell for it, but it happened to me so that it doesn't happen to you. They price goodyear tires (with labor) at $750 and afterwards I did some research and most places (like 90%) will charge you for $500. The change also took 5 hrs when they stated it would only take 2 hrs, but I wasn't there so I have no clue what they were doing for 3 hrs. That's not the worst part, the worst part was that when I got my car back, one of the tires were loose and the car will jerk very violently to the right, which almost got me killed a couple of times. I took my car back because I thought it was an aliment issue so I took the car back and they told me it wasn't an aliment issue but an issue with my lower passenger ball joint. But here's the THING, I literally took the ball joint apart and screwed it back on and tighten it. The car is back to normal and there haven't been an issue with the ball joint since. The thing with ball joints is that they DO NOT loosen up by themselves. There is a pin on the bolt that prevents it from loosing, so someone has to go in and deliberately remove the pin and loosen the bolt. The car did not have a problem with the ball joint before and only after I took my car to CITI TIRES. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM OR YOUR MONEY. They will try to KILL YOU but messing with your car if you are not there to keep an eye on them 24/7. PS They try to charge me 200 plus dollars to fix an issue that I fixed by literally tightening a bolt that only they could have loosen. read more

I came here to get my alignment done and to check my check engine light. John came to assist me and checked on my engine. He check on my check engine light and said I needed to change my o2 sensor. He quoted me $120 for labor + the car part because he stated he had to go under the car and pull out my o2 sensor. I decided not to take him on that offer and did my alignment instead. He charged me $55 for the alignment and once I left to go to work afterwards I realized the alignment was still off. I went back the next day to get it fix again and he told me to wait. I came at 11am and waited until 2pm until I was finally helped and everyone has left after a hot day. Once I told John that I felt cheated for my time, he then furiously told me, he needed to help his cash paying customers first. I told him I paid the day before but he still didn't car. I told him I was treated unfairly and that's when he threaten to kick me out without fixing my alignment issue. I told him to give me back my refund and he refused. He then told the guy to stop work on my car and for him to give it back to me. After a few more talks he decided to let the young man Kao to work on my vehicle. Afterwards he told me never to come back here ever again with a very angry and threatening voice. I don't recommend going here for business. They cheat you off by stating they work by the hour and how long it gets to fix it. But the o2 sensor is only a 30minute change at the most. The equipment here is also very old school, I wouldn't recommend getting a alignment here. read more

Be aware. My parents took their car to them to get fixed. The brake light and check engine light was on. They claim they changed some sensors, which shut off the brake light in the dash board. The check engine light came back two days later. We took it back but now they said it must be some other sensor and if they can't find it then we'll have to take it somewhere else. So we asked for a half the refund because only half the issue was resolved. But was denied. No refunds. My advise to you is go elsewhere. They are not real mechanics. i took my 04 toyota sequoia for alignment , they charged $ 55. they alligned it wrong. i came back to do do it again and they said " we cant align it because you have a defective rack and pinion" which mine was new , not manufactured Oem rack and pinion. since they said " it was a defective item " i walked away to get another new oem toyota rack and pinion" i came back with brand new oem toyota rack n pinion, and john says again "we cant allign your suv because new oem rack and pinion is still defective" so, for them i ended up having two brand new oem toyota rack and pinions that were both defective.and they couldnt allign my suv, John refused to credit my credit card with $ 55 he d already charged for an allignment that he couldnt ever do supposedly bacause i d ended with two barnd new oem toyota rack and pinions. next time, john, if you cant do aligment because a customer has a defective rack and pinion, then simply dont even bother with alligment , refuse their money for it will spawn more problems for you. easy fix, friend. in the mean time. i m gone, i v run away from your business , believe me i ll endeavor to never coming back to your money making shop. read more

Very good shop when I came in the shop was full so I left and when I came back it was still full, but I got down and told john that I thought my tires need to be balanced. He took my car for a test drive and said my tires would need to be balanced that it would be $40 and he would squeeze me in. Previously to that I called 3 hops around the same area and they charged $60-85. Within 15min they started working on my car and I was happy with the job. I will definitely by returning . I see great reviews here. Let me tell you what I know. The place is usually packed so you're gonna get delayed. My biggest issue is the company probably use cheap tires from China to keep cost down. Their tires are known to blow on the sides. They should offer brands like Radial or the ones Walmart has for the minimum bc they last. I just know it happened to me twice. One time I had to walk between 145 and Friant to the Shields liquor store. That was embarrassing, scary, and brutal. Telling you that the service may be great, You gotta demand greater products for your safety. I hope they change this practice. It's a lawsuit waiting to happen. read more

8/17/16-As I've stated before I ve been here a couple times, and for the most part I ve been ok with service and prices.... That is until today came in at 130 asked how much to install a/c blower motor in 99 corolla and even though you can see motor when glove box is removed was told it would be $75 to install MY part AND AND I WOULD TO LEAVE IT OVERNIGHT!!!..If I brought in next morning I would have to leave it ALL DAY!!!....this strengthens my idea if I was Asian or even Hispanic I would be treated faster and better... do not go to citi tire, they have worst customer service ever. my dad had just recently went there to fix his tires & called him to check if his car was ready, all the owner said was "why do you want your car to be fix so good?" i mean of course we want it to be good we pay a lot of money for it, you can't just bullshit it. that wasn't the first time as well, last time my dad was there waiting for a super long time & just to mind you my dad was there before other customers but the owner decided to go help other customers that came after my dad, my dad asked him nicely when was he gonna check my dad's car, he gave my dad attitude & said "if you want your car to be fix good then you're gonna have to wait" first of all you're always require to help customers who came first, not customers that came after. not only that he told my dad that if my dad can't wait for them then for my dad to leave, you're a car shop you shouldn't say that customers. i'm not saying anything bad, if you still want to go here you can go but their customer service need to be fix, i've heard other stories of other customers but since we are all hmong here we just thought of supporting our hmong people. read more

Good price and good service. I got a wheel alignment. It was $45. Not bad. They did a good job. I'm going to be repeat customer.

My car was leaking oil and they told me that they would fix it. According to them or the "owner" that they fix the timing belt, replace the oil filter, and power steering. They charged me $1078 and $800 for labor. I thought the job was completed and satisfied with the job. I was willing to pay $1078 ($800 for labor). A day later, my car was leaking and again and they told me it was the leftover from the oil. I agreed. Next week come by, my car was still leaking. Took my car to them and they said it will take at least $1,500 to fix the oil leak because of racketeering and oil leak that was coming from power steering. According to them, I had a 2 monthly warranty; yet, they will charge me labor. They couldn't even fix the first problem (oil leak) and they are going to find something else like the car's racketeer? Gave my last call, they said it's the seal that leaks from my power steering which they had missed and it will cause me 500. Wow.. completely shock...This place will eat you up and made up stuff so they can steal your money!!!! Warranty? Imagine if it was a surgical operation.. cant messed up like 3x? Every time I take my car over there, my car seems to have an issue. No point in warranty, if they are going to keep charging you for the same issue. Cant even fix the oil leak and they are going to keep saying that your car has different issues. Fix the first one then talk to me about the other issues. read more

My tires are BAD so I literally yelped a tire place, called, and was at the front door all in a matter of 15mins. The owner/manager (assumed) answered the phone and immediately was able to tell me that they had the tires in stock. He told me to come on over. They're super busy, but immediately acknowledged me and got to me in a reasonable time. I'm broke and cheap so I wasn't interested in a super official/chain tire place, which is totally OK for ME. If you need that, this isn't the place for you. I got 2 tires on a Chevy Malibu for $65 each. W/ another $60 for labor. Sounds good to me! Highly recommended, I would definitely return. read more
