In my opinion, tires are not exciting to buy. I seem to need them at the worst possible time, and it is an expense that I never look forward to. I hate calling around different shops asking for prices , and trying to schedule an installation time that works with my schedule. I knew of this shop for a while now. Angel and the staff installed tires on my wife's car a few months ago ,and the pricing and service was excellent. Initially the shop tried to pull a fast one & told my sister her brakes "failed" to try and blame the car for the wreck which clearly they lied & ended up accepting fault. Update, The manager, ain't gonna say his full name But starts with an "R", Is completely rude and disrespectful and doesn't know the laws of automotive, They refused to refund my control arm work that i paid for but due to there neglect they forgot to completely torque down the Control arm bolt to spec, and i took it to another shop to get it looked at, they told me it was practically Hanging out and almost loose completely, Do not go here because there "master mechanic " name starts with a J, Has apparently 40 some years of experience but forgets to torque a main key component? I was told the price of repairs would be $2300. While the car was in the shop, they said I needed new tires and that it would cost another $394. I agreed to that. Later the agent told me I would get one tire for free, and then he said they would give me two tires for free. However, when I went to pay at the end of the day, he charged me $3300. After several minutes of typing on the computer, he got it down to $2700. So no discount on the tires. If you go to this shop, I recommend keeping the printed invoice with you and requesting an email copy of any further work charges. Check your total at the end and make sure it adds up right. They changed my battery and charged me 100 dollars for the labor, they claim they give you free check up on preventive maintenance inspection and they check charging system and reported all good. But on the bottom of receipt it says labor charges 96.95 . Not even a week after, battery light turned on so I brought back car and now they said alternator is the problem. So they were trying to sell me 435 on alternator plus labor, when you can get for 100 bucks in Amazon and 231 on autozone. If you do not care about your vehicle then YES go here. Not sure what kind of business they're running here but man it is not a good one. So much went wrong during my visit at this "tire shop". To name a few, starting with stripped wheel studs, scratched rims, dirty wheels after job, no care in parking the cars, etc.. Also the price for their service is not up to par. I'd understand the price if there was care given during the job but there isn't any at all. The quote I received was fine ( thinking it was quality work) but after seeing what my wheel and tires looked like after...it isn't. Then they also cause issues on the car (stripping studs) to then giving you an "option" to fix it by them. Which by then you don't even feel safe driving the car. Quotes are laughable as well. SMH... Just go elsewhere. Somewhere that has pride in their work and will treat other peoples' property with care. read more

I took my Kia Sorento in to fix the brakes and to fix gas smell. It took them about 4 days to get the smoke machine needed to check for a leak. They said there was no leak and maybe it was the gas cap. I went to buy the factory gas cap and had them put it on. A week later still had a gas smell. They did not find the reason and didn't fix the problem. My brakes were still squealing and had some shaking. Took it back to them and they said the brakes were fine. They only charged me 1/3 what Midas wanted to charge me for brakes. Paying less does not mean subpar service and paying more does not make your service better. Paying more makes you a sucker.
