I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I called ahead of time and Chris the owner said to come in and see what he could do, as I went in he see the dented ends on the muffler because it was shipped and damaged. He said it would be no problem and be done in 10-15 minutes. It took less that 5 minutes and he did for free which is amazing but after I tried to pay or leave a tip he said that he couldn't take it from and that he wanted to hear my exhaust after put onto my Mustang. I had my catalytic converter stolen on a Friday evening and by 10 am Saturday morning, Gary's had me back on the road. I emailed for a quote before I went in and their response was not only quick and professional but it was kind and empathetic as well. He explained the process of the repair clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. He also took detailed before and after pictures from all angles and provided me with an itemized invoice which will make it easy for me to submit the claim to my insurance. This was the most hassle-free shop experience I've ever had and I couldn't recommend it enough. Just purchased a Shelby Mustang, the previous owner had SLP straight pipes. It was so loud, I asked Chris for a recommendation for something much quieter. Instead of selling me something that I didn't need, he put the oem exhaust back on which gave me the sound without interior drone that I was looking for. Even used a tape measure to make sure everything was centered. Very professional and courteous. Even wrapped up the old exhaust pipes in a trash bag to protect my trunk carpeting. He looked at my car for free which was nice. But he quoted me a higher price (over $100) than the dealership was going to charge me for a oem cat converter replacement.
