I questioned her, she once again barked at me and told me to complain to the manager. I asked clearly "what's the point of online purchase advertising that literally advertises skip the line?" The manager came over and also told me I had to go wait in the line. I walked out and called kohls and cancelled my order. I received an email that my order was cancelled. The following day I received an email "order was picked up". And I never got a refund. I had to once again call. I have a hunch employees often mark items as "picked up" when they have been there too long. And help themselves. Everything about this experience was dirty.

I was told that the men's size was equivalent to a women's size 8.5, but the shoes I received were actually equivalent to a women's size 8, stated on the box. When I reached out to exchange them, I was told I'd have to pay the 20% restocking fee plus return shipping and processing costs -- totaling over $50 -- just to correct a mistake based on their own sizing advice. I tried to be proactive to avoid issues, but due to their inaccurate guidance and rigid policies, I'm now stuck with shoes that don't fit. Extremely disappointing experience.
