We came to exchange a pair Of jeans and encountered an extremely long line. With 4 register open you would not expect to wait Long. However they were incredibly Slow. I was more perturbed by the manager rushing out to redirect the line instead of figuring g out what was taking his team so long to see bc e customers. read more

It's an okay location. Smaller. This location does not carry the "runway" line (meaning higher end designers that are carried in many locations now) The staff isn't always very friendly unfortunately. And the store is often very messy and dirty meaning often merchandise is all over the floor and mixed in, hung in places it does not belong. But then it's worst because it's just not clean. The bathrooms are truly gross every time I have had to use them. I now will leave and go next door to target if I need to. I have also seen trash overflowing, fitting rooms with dust all over. It's just nit a thing this location seems to think is important. I usually only go here looking for items for the home home now because of this and avoid clothing. However I have found some gems. I think whatever system them have in place for pricing is off because when I say gems I mean I have gotten a few item that *should* be far more expensive (even at TJ Maxx) then what they were. Think a YSL linen dress for $35, a Chloe bag for $49 and a Longchamp for $39 when it was sell at other location for $99 at the same time. So for that reason I added a star. Though it is my closest location I often will travel to the next closest or into Atlanta to my old location when I need a good tj shop. read more

This is my favorite TJ MAXX of all. The Assistant Manager Geanette was very helpful & staff is very friendly. This store has a wide variety of great name brands in all categories at great prices.The store is always very organized until customers mess it up. This TJ Maxx is located near Austell Road and the East West Connector in a shopping center called East West Common. Nearby businesses includes Bealls Outlet, Petsmart, Lowe's Home Improvement, Five Guys, Target, Chilli's Grill + Bar, Rue 21 and Dress Barn. The store itself is actually a nice store. Not too clutter and pretty well organized. They seem to have a lot of shoes, perfumes, health & beauty and hair products available. I came in and was able to find a few children's rolling luggage for about $28.00 each which was a great buy! Thanks TJ Maxx. Every time you go to a T.J. Maxx it is a scavenger hunt. Different stores have different selections surplus of certain brands. I really enjoy going to this location because of the quality of their clothes. They have a lot of current styles and trends along with high namebrand pieces. If you really like Lucky Brand Jeans this is the place to go there are a lot on clearance as well as the regular racks. I especially like their jewelry section. They have designer names from Kate Spade and Betsey Johnson. I'm anticipating purchasing Christmas gifts from this location. The store was very well organized and did not seem bare. Visited 4/3 This is the best TK Maxx!! Everything is so organized and Beauty section- The Beauty section is beyond amazing, high end products from Urban Decay, Bobbi Brown and The face scrubs, body wash and moisturizes are equally amazing, I purchased the Brazilian Bum for $9.99 in compared pricing at Sephora for over $20. Home Decor- This shopping visit I was looking for outdoor decor for my deck and yard entertaining space. They had all the trending pieces for Spring/Summer 2019 from laterns to patterned hanging lights. Customer Service- The level of Customer Service I received was great. The Sales Associates offered to assist me with all the items I was carrying and even pushed/unloaded my brand new deck chairs into my car. I am only about 25 min from this location and I will return especially when I have extra money and a specific project in mind to complete. read more

After the past few weeks of looking for extra long I have a new respect for TJ Maxx. I have not found a Maxi dress that I liked, but the store really looked refreshed and modern. This location is not as nice, to me, as the Camp Creek Marketplace but it had a lot of different items for every one's style. I even saw some evening gowns. I was shocked! I found two pair of shoes that I could actually wear, but I could not wear them out of the house because they were 5 inch heels. This is a problem because I'm already almost 6 feet so 5 inch heels do not help me out in the dating category. But they would make for some nice bedroom shoes ladies! :) I may go back and get both pair in the morning! read more

Best place to get affordable cellphone accessories! I can't believe home many of my friends don't know this "hack" they're always stuck with cheap amazon or eBay finds.. or the super expensively over priced ones from the Cellular Store. You almost can't beat the price on any item there especially the "gourmet" or specialty food items. We purchase our coconut oil and egg pasta noodles have been a staple to buy at TJ Maxx/homegoods.. I've not met one person who doesn't like TJ Maxx. This store is great and always stocked when I go in. Tons of bags, purses, shoes, housewares, clothes, etc.. Although I don't shop here for the clothes, I love going to the housewares section. Tons of house decorations and kitchen gadgets. Cute gift ideas as well... What is there not to love? Great selection I think this TJ Maxx is often over looked because if it's location. I've found a great selection of women's exercise clothes, linen and toys here. The dressing room is nicer than Macy's (not saying much but says that TJ Maxx takes their shopping experience seriously.) Great selection every holiday for various nick knacks and decorations. On sunday the 18th I bought some shoes from here because my work flats had gotten old and crummy. Found some on the rack and purchased a few other things like tupperware pack etc. When I tried them on they were too tight near the toe area so I got the receipt and bagged up the shoes and attempted to return them 5 days later. Now I will say that I should have found the upc sticker on the bottom of the shoe but honestly after recently moving a few weeks ago and dealing with that craziness it had to have been thrown out. When I get to the store the clerk looks at my shoes funny and asks if I had the sticker. I reply no and ask if she can look it up a different way. She consults with the stock lady and then a manager all the whole while commenting that they didn't know where these shoes came from. The clerk turns back to me, slides the shoes over, apologizes and says these aren't our shoes. I honestly didn't know what to say for a second because of her statement. After trying to ask her if there was another possible way of looking up the shoes she says no and a manager intervenes and eventually says no as well and backs up the statement that there is a missing mark on the bottom of the shoe to prove it's theirs. My fiance found another pair of shoes sans said mark and they said they know their shoes and it's still not theirs. My fiance asks even if they can just look at the footage to see the transaction to confirm we were there buying those actual cursed shoes but they said we needed to make an appointment with LP to do that and made it seem like it was be difficult to get done. Manager finally says they'll refund my fiancé's money but makes side remarks saying "oh now you paid for the shoes. You're story keeps changing." Does it matter who "paid" for it? Our JOINT account paid for it! I've never been pegged for a thief or been made out to feel like a liar but these employees certainly did that. Now I work in retail and it is in fact a difficult job to deal difficult customers day in and day out. And I hate to argue with someone who is just trying to do their job but I have never, ever insinuated any customer of mine to be a thief or a liar. I was so upset I didn't want to say another word to these women and let my fiancé handle the rest of the transaction. Even as I got home, I looked through the trash to find that stupid upc sticker so I could bring it back to the store as proof but didn't get anywhere. You better believe I will never, ever come back there after being disrepected and treated like a liar. read more

I really like this TJ Maxx because of its location and selection. The East Commons includes a Target, Home Goods (!!! which just opened), Payless, and a couple other stores (and restaurants). Across the street there's a Kohl's, Ross, Rack Room Shoes, etc. It's a perfect spot to go discount shopping for a day. This TJs consistenly has a great selection, I really love that they always have a lot of Max Mara! Plus tons of other top names in tons of sizes (you know, your usual TJ finds). They have a huge women's clothing section - men's is smaller but carries all great designer labels, too. It's usually not very busy, which makes for a pleasant shopping experience without too many people taking up the aisles for you. They have recently started carrying a lot more women's shoes (including size 11, which I love since I have canoes). Housewares is a decent selection (including a suprising number of pet items), but the best part is -- now if you can't find it here you can just walk next door to Home Goods. So awesome! read more

I had to bring my pup inside and i brought him in before, was always greeted happily there. Today on the other hand, I brought him in and hesitated at the door per usual to be courteous. no one minded so we continued in and then one associate was eyeballing us and making snarky remarks like "he's not a service dog. he's supposed to be a service dog." i confirmed he's not a service dog and tried to approach her to explain why i felt like it was okay to be there, but she literally ignored us and walk away. so i was just going about my day. then my pup barks and you hear her yelling across the store "SEE THIS IS WHY" and i'm just so confused at this point. she then "finds" us and tried to be cordial and explain the reasons for her behavior towards us, consistently saying "i'm not being mean" and i'm just like i understand that but at this point i felt harassed. she then leaves and we end up feeling so uncomfortable :/ couldn't even really shop. it wasn't like i was letting him run around or touch anything. i was simply carrying him and trying to grab a couple things before i head home. i understand if they didn't want my pup there but i consistently attempted to ask if it would be best for me to leave and my comment was just ignored. don't get me wrong i would never want to intrude on a business that doesn't want animals in the store, but the tj maxx chain in general accepts pets and is pet friendly. even the sister stores i go to are very kind to me when i have to bring my pup in. i guess make it known that this location specifically doesn't allow pets or keep your staff updated on what's permitted or not? i don't know this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. i wished i asked for her name because the rest of the staff was sweet as usual. i wish i could attach the videos of me and the associates smiling and petting him. i even have a sweet video where one the associates greeted my pup so nicely. sucks that this one associate was able to turn all my trips there sour. read more
