I was in the airport and I knew that I would need a pair of gloves and as I had never really owned a pair living in Miami my whole life I walked into this store hoping they had some. I asked one of the store associates if they had any gloves for sale and they did.... thank goodness! Even better, they were on sale and got them for less than $30. He could have told me $100 I don't friggin know anything about buying gloves and considering how cold it was going to be I probably would have bought them. The associate was nice... he wanted to make sure my gloves fit and once we found they did, he rung me up and I was on my way. This purchase was well worth it. When I was experiencing those cold days and even colder nights and my coworker without gloves was putting his hands in his pockets in a futile attempt to keep them warm, I was thankful to have bought my gloves at exoffico.

The main demographic of brooks brothers is usually older gentlemen, so most of their fits are Regents and Madison. If you're a younger guy like I am, you probably won't find any suits or jackets your size and fit. However, they are stocking some Milano fit shirts, which are still rather conservative but a lot slimmer than the traditional fits. Ties are usually stripes and solids, mostly in darker traditional colors as well. Also, polos and rugby shirts are in stock for men, but also in traditional fits. Sales associates are knowledgeable and helpful, and overall you're in a jam, you'll be able to find almost everything you need her. When I scheduled an appointment with Bespokuture after checking out some of their work on their website, I was blessed with K'lynn, who was a true pleasure to work with and a savior, helping me complete my vision for my wedding day look. I live all the way in Hawaii, and so we did everything via Zoom meetings. K'lynn helped me with every little detail, explained things to me I wasn't familiar with, and constantly kept up with me a few times a week for tweaks and updates. We had one issue with custom ties, that got mixed up and sent to me as custom bow ties, but they fully refunded me for this error and it was actually a mishap from the manufacturer of their ties, Bespokuture put the order in correctly. Having had custom made suits and ties done on a few occasions before, I want to express that with anybody, mistakes and issues WILL happen, but you judge someone on the response and actions taken to remedy a situation. I applaud this company especially because of the short time frame they had to make this happen and were still more than happy to take this challenge on and got it done and sent to me 3 days before my wedding. Bespokuture showed their professionalism, quality, and reliability with this transaction. The other lady came out of no where and was like if u got something to say, say it to her, which was very unprofessional working in customer service, we had words and she called the police.
