I decided it wasn't the look I imagined in my head while in the store when I purchased them. So I'll was next in line, walked upto return/exchange counter & I pulled out my phone to pull up my ROSS receipt saved on my Fetch App & the lady at the return counter...oddly told me she could not app looking at my receipt on the app as Ross has a "new" policy and they will only accept returns if you have a live printed receipt. I informed her that I had never had any issues in the past ever as that's where I now keep my receipts instead of a bunch of paper piling up. I was so irritated & this was such a waste of my time & efforts...that this was the start of a bad day gone wrong. Anywho... Today is Tuesday & sad I had to email the receipt to myself, printed the receipt out & made a darn 2nd attempt to return these items and this time...she let me slide and advised that "I'm going to do it as a courtesy THIS TIME but, moving forward keep your receipt." This lady went on & on about this is their new policy, keep your receipt for Ross as this will not be accepted next time. I felt like this lady little kid or something but, she was actually accepting my return I just let her talk. I have a new outlook on this store location with ROSS staff reprimanding me talking about "this is an outlet or discounted store so, X,y,z..... The whole time I'm looking at her like last...this is a part of shopping. I have the right to purchase, decided it's not the look I images and return items. I was like lady...hush up, I do not have time to hear your mouth. She was hellAH rude on my 1st attempt & today ALMOST was not better with me having to hear this lady reprimand me over returning items. I hope Customer Service Rep- POLICE....was not a Manager/Supervisor cause, she was out of line for her tone & mouthy mean delivery. SMH I have often patronize this store but, they just lost a customer today! So unprofessional.

This was my second time coming to Ross and exchanging the items because I bought the wrong size for my brothers whom aren't from GA. I was seen DEMEKA by the second time I had to return and not only did I see her avoid someone in the return line, making me to believe the same would be done to me. I proceeded to stand in the purchase line, after her telling me I could've stood in the return line. However, that isn't what prompted me to leave this review. Today I came in to return the sweaters for LAST time because though we tried them on in store over our clothes the items still didn't work out. ALSO, the return/ exchange cashier, DEMEKA TOOK SEVERAL CUSTOMERS BEFORE ME (the ONLY person in the return line), then I had to run back to the car to get my ID. When I came back she had another person waiting in the return line while she took a purchase with a basket full of clothes, while we waited 4 people accumulated in the line behind me. DEALING with younger boys I wasn't even able to get my items refunded back to my account, because they threw away the receipt and one brother popped the tag. So now I have store credit to a store that NEVER HAS THE FITTING ROOM OPEN!!!! I am disgusted by the lack of communication, because I called you all to check about the return! A THE MANAGER DESIREE COULD DO IS OFFER AND APOLOGY, IN REGARDS TO BEING SHORT STAFFED AND NOT HAVING THE FITTING ROOM OPEN. I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION, I suggest you all do the same. Please hire more seasonal staff, there a folks who would love the opportunity since Christmas is vastly approaching!

It was Christmas Eve and Greenbriar Mall was not on my list of things to do... However, J needed to…read morereturn some sneakers to JD Sports and this was the closest one. Getting to the mall I knew it was going to be crazy as the parking lot was loaded. For a mall that doesn't have that many stores, it was loaded. As always, somehow, I ended up spending money. lol. Manhattan: This store always gets the best of me. The urban street wear selections are always spot on and they usually have a good sale or buy one get one going on. The store is always clean and the clothes are in order by size. Though the store isn't huge, they make great use of space and the size I need is always easy to find. I went in, hit the jean rack as they had some great selections out with various washes and rip patterns so I couldn't pass them up. Found my size. Got in line and was out the door. The staff is always friendly and help to ensure the shopping experience is smooth. CitiTrend: You can't leave Greenbriar without hitting Cititrends. As it was the day before Christmas, the store was super loaded. The clothes were all over the place in the men's section, however, it wasn't horrible. You could tell people had been shopping all day and the staff was doing their best to keep the store in order. It didn't take me too long before I found a few things I wanted. lol. I walked the entire men's section. Grabbed a few sweatshirts and headed to the register. I love the register area as it always has some extra quick pick goodies. While in line, I grabbed a few hair care items I saw and was on my way. The cashier was efficient and super nice. She greeted me, smiled the entire time, and wished me a Merry Christmas as I departed. Overall, though I didn't want to spend any money at Greenbriar, I got some great deals on some great items as a whole.

I always enjoy Greenbriar Mall, but I also know what to expect. It's an older mall, with mainly…read moreunique storefronts, bordered with stores only accessible from the outside, like Citi Trends and a large beauty supply. There are no major anchor stores remaining at Greenbriar. I used to visit for the Macy's but it has been closed a few years now. That said there are still some major retailers, like Kids Footlocker. I always visit Greenbriar in December because they are guaranteed to have a Black Santa Claus for my children to take pictures with. At that time of year, I find that the Footlocker stores consistently have GREAT deals. It's almost like they are giving the clothes away! Aside from the major retailers, there are lots of one-off stores that sell unique clothing should you be looking for a special item, costume, or clothes your preteen/teenager will like. There is also a great shop where you can get thinks embroidered or get shirts made. The food court is a whole experience! It has none of the usual suspects but plenty of places I'd like to try. There are is a common cookie retailer near the food court and a Piccadilly near one of the main entrances if you want a sit down meal. Long story short: if you're looking for an experience or for a unique gift with nothing specific in mind (or a Black Santa in December), Greenbriar is your place! You're guaranteed to discover something new there.

(Our Fault for not checking IG) But!! We made it back the next week! And if you are looking for unique gifts or pieces that you will cherish for as long as you have them, then you will love this boutique. I myself as a male even found some wonderful Tobacco + Musk perfume that has me placing my Chanel Blue back in the cabinet. I was also in the market for a new tea cup and even found that here. They have a second bigger location in Decatur near Brickstore Pub and the Marta Station. That location has more items and clothing but both are worth a visit.
