I purchased jeans for my son at another location but attempted to exchange them at this location. When I walked in I was greeted by a young Man who was very professional. I walked around the store to find the item I wanted to purchase for my exchange. When I got to the Register, the same person who greeted me said he was not going to service me... I looked confused and stated I would simply call corporate and let them know. I am assuming he was only joking but was not expecting my response. After I told him I wanted to exchange an item he said it would be a few minutes.... Well 15minutes later I am still waiting for the Manager to do my exchange. A shipment arrived and the manager could not do my exchange. I then asked is their someone else who can complete the transaction, he said no. I took a lost and left the store without getting anything accomplished. I believe this rule should be tweaked and more than 1 staff member should be able to complete an exchange. This is my opinion. The store is well stocked with a variety of trendy items.

I don't have curly hair, I knew I couldn't return one package because I opened it. I returned the UNTOUCHED, UNUSED 2 bundles and asked for straight hair and they returned the same hair! I really wanted to give this company a chance versus KENDRAS BOUTIQUE, BUT NO! Never answer, has no customer service and just basically took $450 from a hard working single woman that uses extensions because I have Alopecia. I will NEVER BUY OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AGAIN!

But that's okay because I will never order anything else from them. We try to support black businesses but we hurt each other. Once I got there, I met serveral very friendly and helpful staff members whom took time to explain to me the pricing, the VIP membership and even told about their part pulling service! I recieved a printout that showed me the area of the models that I was in search of! To my surprise at 9am on a Sunday morning there were alot of people there! With printout in hand I was off! After searching a few cars, I found actually what I was looking for! I was going to take advantage of the part pulling service, but I managed to pull them myself! I had a grand time! I have so much fun that I can't wait to go back! Thank you to all the wonderful and friendly staff that made my 1st visit to Pull A Part a very lucrative and successful!
