An outfit in the window pulled me into Lizard Thicket today. I usually stop in here about twice a…read moreyear, but really need to consider it more often. The store is always laid out nicely and there's rarely a tone of foot traffic, thus it's a peaceful shopping experience. The women who work in the store are always helpful and offering to look items up or start a fitting room as soon as they see you collecting items. I appreciate that they give attention without being pushy or overbearing. This store operates like a small business, in that there are only a few of each item in the various sizes and once they're gone it can be hard to get it. So, I will often find that the item I like most is no longer available in my size. The prices are moderate to high, so most clothing items I saw today were priced $40-80 each. The sale racks (off-season/summer items) were priced at $25/item (mostly shorts and tanks in small sizes). Their fitting room is so spacious and inviting! It's probably my favorite fitting room of any store ever. Bottom line: the store is hit or miss but it's a cute store and a fun shopping experience. Sometimes I leave with an item or two and sometimes I leave empty-handed

Unfortunately, they weren't in stock. *insert sad face*. I opted not to get anything else BUT the customer service I encountered was impeccable. There was a middle aged, black guy who assisted me. My apologies for not getting his name. He was filled with personality and professionalism. He turned my frown upside. (Remember the frown is from them not having the outfit in stock... Stay with me ). I appreciated his assistance and he offered other suggestions as well. Prices here are very affordable. Sometimes the clothes shrink, depending on what you get. But I continue to win with their denim. This Old Navy is conventionally located off the interstate with other shopping and eateries. Parking is abundant.

It's perfect for church, dinner or wedding. All the Associates were professional and nice. I don't shop this Belk often as it's about 12 miles from my house. No one seemed happy, no smiles, no greetings one only two people running the whole store! There was a wait for assistance, a wait for the young lady to make her way to the dressing room to count your items then a wait to get into the dressing room and a wait to pay for the items. Yes there were lots of sales and clearence racks (more than usual) which makes me wonder if this chain of stores is on its way out. IJS...

I used to shop at Rainbow Shops with friends back in high school since they had all the latest fashions that my parents had no problem paying for. While some of the items were disposable others lasted several years. You could literally knock off an expensive outfit with the array of wardrobe solutions available at Rainbow Shops.
