After 12 years of consistently good service at the Thousand Oaks Logix branch, I'm shocked at how…read morebadly things went during a recent visit. My mom and adult daughter--a long‑time customer--came in for a simple appointment to open a new joint account. What should have taken minutes turned into an hour of condescension and obstruction from the teller, Chris. Instead of helping them through a routine process, he questioned their ability to "manage the account," spoke down to them, and dragged out every step. These are two fully capable women who have handled their finances for years, yet they were treated as if they were incompetent. The tone was dismissive, patronizing, and frankly humiliating. It wasn't until I left work and came in myself--calm, direct, and simply insisting the account be opened--that anything actually moved forward. Only then did Chris suddenly become able to do the job he should have done from the start. The whole experience felt disrespectful and unnecessary. After more than a decade of loyalty, this was enough to make me ready to take my business elsewhere. If you value being treated with basic respect, be cautious about using Logix Credit Union.

Asked for the Manager and like the previous review, I asked to see this rule! Then she said it was the machine denying the check. Same thing as previous review, I went to another BOA who had no problem depositing the check. Needless to say, the new tellers and Manager are inflexible and rude. Things have changed. The Customer Service seems to find a way to hassle and not help the clients, as was done in the past. Why would Anyone go to a bank to be abused? I suggest you stay away from this branch unless you want to be treated poorly!

My husband went in because I have difficulty breathing/walking. They wouldn't talk to him because I initiated the transfer even though it's a joint account. The staff member couldn't help us and brought out the Manager, Lisa, who brought a security guard with her. We're in our late seventies -- don't know what she thought we were going to do. She said she couldn't/wouldn't bring up our account on her computer. She asked me to check my mobile banking, which I haven't set up. I tried showing her the call I had received and asked for help setting up mobile banking she said, "I can't touch your phone." She was very rude. We left. We later found out through various phone calls that it was held up because we put our daughter-in-law's name on the memo line (it was for her birthday)! The same day we stopped by City National Bank, where we also have an account -- the difference in customer service is unbelievable. Thinking of just closing the B/A account.

So personally, I look for cleanliness and service and other service needs that fit what I need nothing more nothing less. I'm sure you've all seen the commercials about a bank advertising no fees at first I will. I was a little apprehensive. How can a bank not charge fees for the service and why should they? It's our money right? Why should a bank charges a monthly service fee for the last 25 years I was with a bank and I said to myself why am I paying a service fee every month and yet when I want something done, I have to make an appointment to go in. That was the last straw.. So I left my bank that I had been with for 25 years f I've been in this branch now probably five times in the five times since I opened the account. So the review was due. Bottom line again why should we pay fees for a bank to protect our assets and most of our money? Their function is to provide service to the best of their ability that meets our needs and not the banks needs.. So I want to give thanks to one of the employees by the name of Nicholas, very knowledgeable, professional, and most of all the service that he has provided for me each and every time that I've come in Thank you! See you soon

Not only do they not care about their customers, but if they pretend to ,and offer any kind of a hardship program, it was not only lousy, but an absolute disrespectful, cheap, ridiculous, unhelpful , slap in the face! Then to add more crap to the pile , of shit they offer, they report false and inaccurate information to the 3 major credit bureaus even though everything they asked/required, was done correctly and on time! My loan with Bank of the West was purchased by BMO, If I knew this would happen, I NEVER would've taken the loan I got! I HIGHLY discourage anyone, everywhere, that need to finance a purchase, To be smart and Steer As Far Clear of this P.O.S. company as possible!
