After a quick zip code refresh, we found a great community. Claire, set up my appointment to view the property and I was surprised when she contacted me the day before the appointment to confirm and let me know she would see me at my appointment. I enjoyed touring the property with Claire because she was able to jump and ask questions while I was going down my mental checklist. Even after touring the property, we talked about how much we enjoyed the property. Once I was approved, I let Claire know and even when there was a hiccup with management getting my lease to me, Claire jumped into action to assist where she could. I value Claire as she went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Things moved quickly, from the time I was contacted to the time I applied and was approved, was no more than 3 days. Also, I have kept in touch with Claire, she sent me a congratulatory message on move in day. Working with Claire felt as though she was just a friend helping me out. Great vibes all around, I have already recommended Claire to a colleague of mine and will continue to refer my friends, family and colleagues to her.

I had decided on a property and I asked him to go over to the property and to do a walk through to make sure this property was ready to move in as it was a new construction. According to him all was good and "It was a great place to live" was his response to me. On the day I moved in it turned out to be a nightmare. I understand that things don't always run smoothly but as far as full filling a realtor minimum duties Joshua didn't do his job at all. It seems to me that his agenda is to reach out to people to offer a service and do as little as possible in putting the best interest of the client above all others. He never Inforned me of any material information about the property, or treated me with honesty. But above all when I contacted him to discuss these things his response to me was talk to the manager of the property in regards to any issues and if things get to loud call the police. He took no responsibility whatsoever for anything in informing me of any issues or most of all information about the area of where I was supposed to live. I come from LA so I know there are good and bad pockets but Joshua failed to do his job!! If you are going to offer a service to people and charge them take pride in your work and do the right thing for your clients as well and be a good reputation of the company you represent. I would not recommend using Trinity Remax services to help people find rental property. It cost me $300 administrative fee in which I'm sure he was compensated for a service that in my opinion is a low value to us the consumer as well as the realtor because they don't provide a quality service and is a waste of money. The list of issues I dealt with is long but here are the top 3 reasons I would not recommend this company. 1. Both the toilets were backed up as well as the showers, literally with sewage's waste. Did he even check the water flow with a simple few flushes or running of water? 2. My first shower the spout came off during my shower. 3. The area that this place was in was in a low quality area. Probably one of the worst and most poverty areas of Fort Worth.

Ted Cruz - Texas Connect Realty…read more My husband and I purchased a home Jose Cruz a realtor with Texas Connect Realty just over 3 years ago. Our buyer contract agreement at the time of purchase was that Mr. Cruz replace 3 front windows. Well it took a couple of months before the windows were replaced. However, they were installed. One of the windows that had to be replaced the measurements were off and the installer tried to install it by pounding the window in but it would not fit into the existing window structure. The installer had to put the old window back in and reorder a new window. The installer called Mr. Cruz from my house and I asked to speak with Mr. Cruz. I asked Mr. Cruz if the window seals would be replaced as well because they were so badly damaged. Mr. Cruz asked to speak with the installer and after the conversation the installer told me that Mr. Cruz agreed. I asked if I could have Mr. Cruz contact phone number and the installer told me that Mr. Cruz told him not to give me his contact number. The installer told me that Mr. Cruz flipped this house and that this installer works on all of Mr. Cruz's homes that he sells. The installer came back a couple of weeks later and installed the window that had to be replaced. With all the pounding on the structure of the house a very small cack of maybe 6 inches went from the top of the crack all the way down to the ground. My husband filled the large crack in and we did address it to the installer but he denied it was due to their work. Also, the quality of the windows are very poor. The 3 windows that were replaced are in the kitchen. In the winter the draft is so extreme you can fill the wind come in from all corners of the windows and it is uncomfortable to be in the kitchen when it is cold out. We continue to have problems with the windows and have called the installer on numerous occasions before the one year time and he and his son has only addressed the issue on just one window. I have also contacted Mr. Cruz once by text, twice by phone and once via Messenger to no avail. All we would like is to have done is to repair the bulging window seams and give and for the installer to give us his insurance information so that we can have the structural crack that was caused by the installer. We are an elderly couple and I am disabled and this house has many problems that were not disclosed by Mr. Cruz at the time of the sale. I would recommend that a potential buyer be aware that Mr. Cruz is not very honest or honorable. Also, it looks poorly on Texas Connect Reality because he represents them as a realtor.
