We gave Vincent our goals and he was ready with recommendations for hotel, steps to take to prepare for the visit and the updated rules for Disney Parks. He also helped answer all of our questions. We stayed at the Dolphin Hotel which is on the bus/ferry circuit for all parks and had an amazing stay. Thanks to Vincent's reminders to make reservations, we got into all the parks on the days we planned. We paid in advance so all we had to do was show up at the rendezvous point. I initially thought we would be swept into a giant bus with a large group, but it was a more private affair with only eight people including us. Our driver/tour guide was awesome! He pointed out and explained many points of interest as well as stopping at all of the major locations throughout New York. This particular tour included a harbor tour around New York, New Jersey, and Statue of Liberty. The tour ended with a trip to the Top of the Rock (also included). This was the highlight of our trip. Remember this name and never go to do your taxes with her. You will be charged 100$ (what didn't seem to be so bad in the start), but then, she will constantly ignore your phone calls, never get back on your e-mail with an important update and when you finally get a chance to talk to her and ask her about this e-mail, she will answer "I forgot..." and then, hangup the phone.
