The scheduler Bob gave me excuses that one of the trucks broke down and the holidays were complicated to try and ensure drivers can get home for holiday. Then he stated maybe the following week for pickup but mumbled that he couldn't guarantee anything. Really? I get the logistics issues for companies like this but not even trying or caring about the customers schedule needs is very poor business practice. I guess they make enough money from all the other people that they can afford to brush off customers at a whim. No apology or even a hint of caring about my schedule. Given it was a COD, I should have made him schedule the pick up then if they called, I should have informed them it doesn't work for me. Business 101 your customers time is as important as the company's. Will never recommend them or use them.
