Inspection of the completed work revealed not only a clean house, but a meticulous attention to detail as well. The furniture had been moved, then very neatly and appropriately re-placed. All surfaces, fixtures and appliances were beautifully cleaned to 'move-in ready'. I had requested that the tub be re-caulked and that job was very well done as well. I also asked them to dispose of some dishes from a china cabinet, and the remaining dishes had been neatly and attractively rearranged. Even the blinds were all adjusted to an identical tilt/angle. I hoped for excellent work, and that's exactly what I got.

Also impressed that there wasn't any harsh chemicals being used, no smell, and when John was leaving, I mentioned that I accidentally stained my car seat with coffee. I knew we didn't have time to pull it up and replace it, so we decided to get it cleaned and see how bad it was and how many rugs we would have to buy to throw over the spots. I e-mailed Len at 2 am on Friday asking if there were any way he could clean our four rooms on Monday. He called later that morning, left a message, and followed up with an e-mail that they could do the job for us. He called Saturday to set the time they would arrive Monday. Len's crew of Matthew and Kevin arrived right in the 2-hour window. I just wish I had taken pictures of the rug before they shampooed it. When they arrived, they said they couldn't promise that they would be able to get it all out, but they would do their best. The difference was absolutely amazing. People who had been helping clean the house saw it before and after and they said, "Wow! It looks like a brand-new carpet." We didn't even have to buy any throw rugs. They got out some really big, bad spots too. As usual, when there are some that have been there a while, they don't all come out completely, but they were definitely MUCH better.
