Bad Experience; poor customer service. I had microblading on my eyebrows as well as eyeliner…read moretattooing. 2 a.m. the following day I woke up with goopy eyes, swelling and excruciating pain. I was unable to see out of my right eye and only able to read the first to lines of an eye chart from my left, in Immediate Care. Antibiotics given for scratched cornea (both eyes). Her response 7 DAYS LATER via text indicates it was a "reaction" and reminded me of the consent form I signed. I told her that a consent does not protect her for liability or responsibility. She feels there was no neglect on her part. Certainly, allowing ink to run in my eyes is, as far as I'm concerned, is neglect. I requested a partial refund to help cover cost of lost work, medical visits and medication, of which she has refused. Of note, I was fully prepared to take her to arbitration until I found out there is a $600 filing fee. My guess is she's aware of this and standing her ground. Of note, I'm very pleased with the final outcome but have no intentions of ever returning. Buyer beware.

***RED FLAGS EVERYWHERE!!***…read more I scheduled a hybrid fill with Rebecca. I showed up to the appointment and waited outside the empty locked building for 10 mins and decided to call her. She said she would not be coming to my appointment because her daughter had an accident. That's understandable because accidents/emergencies happen. However, it wouldn't have been nice to been notified. I had to schedule to leave work early and find a babysitter. Anyone who has children and works full time know it's can be very difficult. I wonder how long I would have waited there if I didn't call her? She was able to get me in the next day. Again, I waited on her outside her locked building. She showed up about 7-10 mins late to this appointment. Not a huge deal, but unprofessional and annoying. Before I even laid down I told her that I've been through the ringer trying to find a professional lash tech who is knowledgeable. I had a suspicion I had lash damage from a previous tech. She replied "I hope I can be that professional, knowledgeable lash tech for you." I said "yes, me too!" I laid down, she looked at my lashes and she informed me my current extensions were applied incorrectly. She said they were adhered to more than one lash. So she explained she would need to remove and reapply a whole new set. I said okay, if that's what we have to do then let's do it. She removed the lashes. She said a few hours needed to go by before reapplying a new set due to the removal gel that was just used. She told me I could come back anytime after 2pm. I said "okay, Im sure that's fine. I just need to confirm with my babysitter and I'll let you know asap." I went to pay for the removal with my card. Since I would be coming back in a matter of hours for the full set, I paid for everything in full. I left, verified babysitter, messaged Rebecca right away. I called her and texted her several times throughout the afternoon with no response from her. The day passes.... I get a message from her at 11pm! She said "oh my goodness... I've had a day. Let's do tomorrow afternoon." At this point I'm irritated. I am feeling like my time is not valued and Rebecca's life and circumstances are more important than mine and maybe everyone else's' for that matter? Even though after all of these red flags, annoyances and unprofessionalism shown by Rebecca.... I went against my better judgment and decided to say okay and schedule for the following afternoon. After I slept on it, I got to thinking that you know what? No... I'm not doing this. For one, I feel like my lashes should take a break from the damage that was done prior. Secondly, Rebecca has already proven to me that she is unreliable and in my opinion unprofessional with how she no calls no shows for my first appointment/impression, then shows up late to the second appointment, then completely ghosts me all day when I was supposed to come back and have a full set done. It's just unacceptable and I decided I didn't want to even deal with her anymore because I need someone reliable. Especially because I have to juggle work and childcare. So, I texted her that morning and said I wanted to cancel with her. That I would like my money back minus the removal fee. She agreed and said she would reverse the transaction. It has been ONE MONTH and I have not received a refund from Rebecca. That's right. One month. She tells me it's because she's been experiencing some type of fraudulent activity on her account. First of all, I've delt with that type of stuff many times. What does that have to do with reversing a transaction, or simply just giving someone their money back? She could cash app, Zelle, fb pay.... CASH! So many options to provide me with my refund. Yet, she still ignores me. She barley responds. When she does respond, she tells me "I'm not avoiding you. I'll get you the refund.....even though it's not my policy..." Are you kidding me? Anyways, beware of Rebecca and her shady, unprofessional business she runs. While I am STILL attempting a refund a month later. Bad business, period.
