So while I was visiting my parents in Collegeville I decided to finally do something with the huge jug of coins I had gathered and left there. I spent a few hours rolling the coins so that I could bring them in the following day and get some cash. When I brought it in I was told they didn't accept rolled coins and that I had to use their coin counting machine. So while I sat doing that, unrolling each roll of coins, Sheena was nice enough to come over and offer to help me do so when she was finished with who she was working with( she was the only one to offer, I did think someone else would've offered because it wasn't busy, but maybe they had other work, or maybe my expectations for customer service are too high) Then the machine broke. And several people came and tried different things to fix it. Now I was in a hurry, so I was slightly more frustrated than I had to be, it was out of anyone's control really. But that being said Sheena did her best to accommodate me and try and offer solutions to help while I was in a hurry. She was so friendly and was leagues above many in customer service. It's employees like her that keep customers happy and satisfied with your services. So thank you Sheena for being so helpful!

I then spoke with the manager at this branch and he told her she could cash the check I had. She needs to work on her customer service because she gave me a bad experience at this location and made me feel embarrassed in-front of other customers for no apparent reason.

We definitely cannot do that today, we are closing in 30 minutes and we have a lot to do before we leave). There was one other client at the teller line. As she kept on about how I couldn't possibly be assisted today, other associates were packing up their bags in the office seeming to get ready to leave once the clock struck 5. I explained I had already attempted to work through the account opening process online, having submitted docs required and building out all the info requested of me and of the business entity. I asked if that could be accessed to make things quicker and to see if we could possibly finish out the account opening process today. She mentioned she could take a look at what was in the system, but "there would be absolutely no way we can help with opening the account today". I told her to forget it and walked out. Proceeded to get home an open an account online with a competitor in 15 minutes. Wells Fargo, you have clients walking into your doors begging to start a relationship with you, and your associates are chasing them right back out the door. If customer service was this poor prior to gaining me as a client, I'm glad I dodged the bullet on how I might be treated once I actually gave you my money and my business. You have some serious work to do.

I was joking around because I said, "when they walk in do they know you by name and say Hello Mr H (last name)". He was saying "Sure they do!" I thought he was kidding with me. So we walk in to Citadel and Faye, greeted him with "Hello Mr H (last name)." And I got a hearty chuckle out of that. Yes they DO welcome you and know your name - if you go there often enough. Faye was welcoming and ushered us to her desk. She offered us water or coffee and was very personable and like able. My husband had some questions on some banking things they were offering and Faye was able to easily answer his questions. I have only gone a handful of times and they are always pleasant and personable. I've not used the drive through. The building is beautiful and the landscaping is bedecked with fall flora, and a weedless lawn with very manicured grass. Just an all around attractive building, for us a stellar location and top notch staff.
