I went in with my boyfriend to fill out an application for a secured credit card and she personally walked us through the process step by step. She even followed up with a couple of calls to give me status reports as she got notifications of approval. The tellers there are always sweet and smiling, chatting with me about different things. The tellers make a personal connection with me every time my boyfriend and I come in. They even give my dog treats in the drive-thru when she is with me on my errands.
