I usually went to the one on Allentown and Forty Foot Road since it was 5 minutes down from my home, but if I was closer I would easily have come here. The lobby was nice and a decent size, the staff was always friendly and talkative and they remembered me even when I was in every once and a while. There was plenty of parking, and it was in the corner of the shopping center and there wasn't much traffic, making it easier to enter and leave. I would recommend using the exit onto West Orvilla Road, getting onto the backroad is easier than dealing with Cowpath and there is a light to go to Cowpath need be. Though I am no longer with TD, I will say that this was my favorite TD location of them all and thats saying something.

To my knowledge, he is one of the most reasonable, personable guys as this branch who seeks to help you no matter how small or big the issue is. Whether it is struggling to log into my online banking account, to counting foreign money, providing excellence exchange rates, minimizing my hassle, maximizing my convenience, and seeking the best interest for me while being extremely personable has made him a very very excellence person at his career. I've been a customer of American Heritage for close to a decade and I almost closed my account…read moretoday based solely on this location. I ran into an issue with American Heritage processing an online payment incorrectly. An ACH payment that should have been routed to my Checking account was routed to my Savings account. When I met with one of the Office workers I was told that it was an error on my end because I chose the wrong account for it to pull from. The credit card website clearly showed that I had chosen a Checking account and it ended with an indicator of -01 which is the checking portion of my account. I was told that they would cover (1) of the fees but not the (2) that had been charged which was clearly a mistake on their end. I refused and asked to prove that I did everything right and I could show the associate how it was set up on a computer. I was unable to use the one in their office and told to use one of the customer computers in the lobby. I could only use one because the other had a "blue screen of death" which shows how much they care about making sure things work in the branch. I log into my credit card account and start to load in the information like I had to show the employee, and when they came to check on me it was sitting on a loading screen (which truthfully, it takes about a minute to process), but instead of waiting to see what I was talking about they said they would just clear both charges. You'd think that would have made me happy, but it solidified that there was no care for customer service. Especially, because as I was being brought into the office to finally get it taken care of there was already another employee there handling another member who was having an issue. They were asked to leave so I could finish but i can't believe how members are treated by American Heritage. And I say MEMBER, because this is a Credit Union which is supposed to be a cooperative. I left a bank where I felt like a number or a customer, and I'm about to leave this credit union because of the same thing.

Instead of giving her back the money they said they had to wait until that evening to audit the machine because it may have miscounted. The next day they called and said that they couldn't locate the missing money but would speak to management to see what they are able to do since my mom has banked with them for over 20 years. 3 weeks go by and they just come back with theres nothing we can do. Both my mom and teller counted the same amount and there are cameras but they weren't willing to do anything for the missing money. My mom is over 70 and the way this was handled is just awful. Don't bank at this location!

When i asked her about my options, she asks me to come back next day at 9 am when bank opens. This branch opens at 8:30!! Told her that I cant come to the bank tomorrow due to my business hours. She tells me that I should have called ahead of time to withdraw the money!!! No attempts were made to check in with the inside office or store manager. Poor customer service and zero willingness to go above and beyond. Harsh fees and service charges. Dont fall into the trap that they are open 7 days means they will provide the same customer service during all those days!!! Time to consider other banks for personal and business needs.
