By far the WORST banking expierence i've ever had... EVER…read more These crooks were charging me 7$ a month for a maitainence Fee on my checking account. Then what really fired me up was these criminals were charging me A $3.50 atm Fee if i used a different ATM ONTOP of the fee the other bank was charging SO i was essentially paying 6$ for an ATM FEE. And when i opened my account JOE WELLS FARGO manager assured me i was paying no unneccessary fees. This bank is a joke. I reccomend any other bank Then when i asked to bump my ATM daily limit from 300$ to 600$ they looked at me like i was a moron and told Me "sorry thats only For VIP customers". What a bunch of morons. Im glad i left THE customer service is THE WORST. Ive waited over 20 minites in there on several occasions. This branch might be the worst institution to do business with…read more They used their discretion not to cash a Bank of America check made out to a non account holder, when more than enough funds are available in the same account. A very poor business decision in today's market. The management in this branch, is poorly educated and needs to be more aware of good customer relations. I would rate my experience as zero stars. The technical issues with the ATMs are quite consistent and there's always something "wrong." My favorite is they really don't know how to answer any of your questions and frequently have to delete transactions and start over again. Run don't walk here if you're looking to waste time and get nothing done.
