I was out with my family at 7:45pm of this being typed to go clean my own laundry. Not only did a CLEANING STAFF question my mother about my brother who is on the spectrum and just sitting and waiting for his laundry to finish but that staff member also racially profiled my family and said we weren't allowed in there for quote "suspicious activity". All we were doing was our LAUNDRY at a LAUNDROMAT. It is disgusting that racial profiling is still going on in 2026 and it wasn't even his place to talk about us not being there since that staff guy was there to keep the place clean. If keeping "the place clean" is disrupting a family of color while they're there doing their laundry then that's a revolting way of thinking. read more

Nearly all of the machines are broken and I was charged 15 dollars for a washer that was supply be 4.75! The building is unkempt and there are a lot of people loitering outside and by the businesses near by. read more

DO NOT COME TO THIS PATHETIC ESTABLISHMENT I had a very frustrating experience at this laundromat. The facility itself is outdated and not well maintained. It felt dirty, and overall it doesn't seem like much care is put into the upkeep of the place. Customer service was even worse. They don't answer the phone, and on my visit they closed an hour early so the employees could leave. Because of that, I had to drive 10 miles back the next morning. When I returned, I was told they "didn't have the key" to open the back door, which made no sense. To make matters worse, when I finally came back in the morning, my laundry basket was missing. That was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I understand that businesses have off days, but this felt like negligence and poor management. I wouldn't recommend coming here unless you're prepared for inconvenience and a lack of accountability. read more

This laundromat is small or regular sized compared to other laundromats I've been to. I like that the machines take both card and coins and has a touch screen to choose your settings. Most places take coins or if you pay with card you usually have to buy a laundry card and reload that with money, then you can insert that card into the machines which takes minutes, but a minute is the difference between getting a machine and waiting 20 -40 minutes for one to free-up. That being said, I was here on a Sunday around 2 in the afternoon and it was busy, but I was able to get a medium sized and small washing machine and also find a dryer when I needed it. Everything came out the way I wanted and I was happy. The place wasn't super clean, there were tons of dryer sheets on the ground which could be a safety hazard because kids or an adult might slip on one. There was a laundry attendant but she was busy folding stuff and then just left without doing a sweep of the floor. There are signs that state no running allowed in English and Spanish but no one really upholds that. The TV screens are decent for the size of the place and their WI-FI works which is a major plus. There's also plenty of parking around back. Definitely a nice place to do laundry with more modern payment options and free WI-FI! read more

This laundry is okay I especially like that it has a 8 load but the homeless issue in the area is really bad. they come in and ask for money, but the one to drive me to even post a review is one person washing themselves in the corner sink. Obviously the laundromat can't do much about it but just be aware of this issue when you come. Another issue is a good amount of dryers and washers are out of service so if you're not here early good luck. read more

Had to use a laundromat while my washer was getting repaired. This was the closest one in south Ontario. I went here and learned they don't take debit cards, which means I would have to carry change. The area of Riverside Drive and Vineyard is not the best area, which concerned me. A lot of homeless outside in the parking lot, and I saw a couple walking outside to the side of the building. I could tell they were drug users. They didn't bother me, but I didn't feel comfortable leaving my vehicle open as I would have had to unload clothes in the parking lot area. Out o fairness the place is clean inside and they have an attendant to help you. I ended up going to another laundromat that took a debit card which was a deal breaker for me when having to do laundry. So an update on this review. I was just notified by the owner or manager and he said their machines do take debit cards as long as you have the Visa/MasterCard logo. So if the attendant tells you they don't, you need to double check. read more

Sergio is the main reason I can recommend this business. He provides MX to all the machines, provides security and keeps the riff raff that Gavin empowers to a minimum. The Machines are clean and top notch value to clean your clothes. Most of the machines are industrial grade and you can use a charge card with a low $5 total deposit. I spent less than that on a custom wash and dry and got a large load washed and dried for under $4 total. I was never charged above the total $5 so if your really on a budget and don't have quarters you can charge it. If all you have is quarters or singles you can use the change side of the machine. We found a washer that worked, but one of the dryers we used didn't work or even get hot! Oh, and the many poker-faced lurkers coming in and out. HORRIBLE customer service. I read the reviews and info saying how you need to be here before 10:30 as the doors automatically lock. Since it takes me almost 20 mins to get here (I needed a late night laundromat because my dryer broke), I left my house just in time and made it by 10:23. The manager (or male employee?) hand locked the door on me and said I couldn't come in. I told him how I just needed to use dryer for a few minutes and he said no. I tried to take a picture of the outside of the building and the manager/make employee said "don't you dare take a picture or I'll come out there." Last I knew you could take a picture of a store. Finding a reliable fluff and fold in a new city was very hard to come by. I'm EXTREMELY PLEASED! I walked in the facility was clean! A/C had it nice and cool on the inside! I'm so big on customer service & let me tell you... I'm VERY IMPRESSED! Carmen & Dulce were both so very nice! I felt so bad because I had such a large load to give but they made me feel like it wasn't large enough! They knocked it out with no problem & even DELIVERED IT TO MY DOORSTEP! Seeing some negatives about this place on customer service. Ok it's a self service laundromat, why do you need customer service in the first place? I e never had an issue with this place, I use them every time I'm in town. I love that they have card readers on all the machines, some of us hate doing change then having a bunch of quarters left weighing down our wallets or pockets. CLEAN. FRIENDLY SERVICE. We are traveling from San Diego and needed a place to wash our blankets. We stopped by here for a quick wash. When we arrived Dulce the person working helped me with picking out which machine to use for our big blankets. The time i was there she was cleaning. There were snacks for sale which was awesome since i had my toddler with me. There is also two t.vs in there and a bathroom which was also very clean. I recommend coming here. read more

Honestly, if I could give this place zero stars I would. Hoping the owner see's this review, because seriously.. YOUR EMPLOYEES NEED AN ATTITUDE CHECK! Not too long ago after the longest day of work I needed to find a laundry mat that was open late night. I found this laundry mat and thought, "looks like it's in a fine area. this will do". So I get there, put my laundry through the wash, dry it and when I pull it out of the dryer I realize my clothes are still dirty. They were legit just tossed around in the wash but never actually washed. This has NEVER happened to me before and of course I know some stains are harder to tackle than others. But these were simple stains that can be taken out easily. So I find the guy who's working the late shift and explain my situation and he proceeds to ask me, "Ok, and what are you expecting me to do about it?". So I explain that since I paid to have a service done and it wasn't done correctly I expect a refund. Then this guy has the nerve to say "oh, your clothes aren't dirty.. it's just the LED lights that we have in here!" He was dead serious. I said "so you mean to tell me if I go outside I won't see this stain on this shirt then right?" and he tells me to try it. YOU GUESSED IT!!!! the stain was still there. Then this guy claims I'm seeing things. Don't sit there and try to play me for a damn fool when all you need to do is work with your customer. After a minute of going no where he tells me he can only give me half of the refund and that I'll have to come back and talk to the owner for the rest of it. Needless to say I'll never be coming back to wash here. Waste of time. read more

Carmen took such great care of us here when we brought our uniforms in after having been on the El Dorado fire. We were all limited on time and asked if we could go get a bite to eat while washing our clothes, to which she replied, 'No problem!' When we came back she had switched our laundry over and folded it all! The few minutes of interaction we had with Carmen she was busy cleaning surfaces and helping customers. I hope the owner sees this. Last Sunday I was at your coin laundry. First I should mention that I live in a home with my own laundry. I come to this coin laundry once a month to do my blankets and two quilts that don't fit in my apartment sized washer and drier. Last Sunday I went by and used two of the large washers, the 8x loads. One of the machines got stuck on the rinse cycle and threw and error. I waited awhile, stopped it and just moved my things to another (smaller) washer and did a new cycle. When the maintenance guy came in I let him know and he was so incredibly rude. I was not asking for any money or refund I was just letting him know about the error. He wouldn't look at me, and told me that it was my fault for overloading the machine. I don't think that was the case because I wash these same items every month and they completed in the smaller washer just fine. When I said that he repeated that there was nothing wrong with the machine. I said look you do not need to be rude to me I was just wanting to inform you about the equipment. He responded in a hostile way and said he "knows his equipment" and didn't need me to tell him. Honestly I was shocked. Just shocked. What a rude little man. Perhaps he is able to speak this way to the other customers but I certainly will not tolerate that. I will not be back there and will find an alternative. I should tell you that the place was quite dirty and I saw him being rude to other customers as well. It's hard enough to drag all that stuff to a laundromat, people have choices and will go elsewhere for something like this. RUDE and dirty. Update Since writing this review the owner has kindly reached out to me and made a sincere effort to make it right. I appreciate the effort and realize this one man's behavior is not a reflection on this small business owner.
