This place is the worst. I made an appointment for 3 people at 1PM for a Friday afternoon. They seated us after 10mins of waiting. Then another 10 mins waiting at the pedicure chairs. My two friends finally got their pedicure service started, while I continue to wait. At 1:50PM, they came to me saying "give us a few min." Are you kidding me? I've waited almost an hr and you want me to wait some more? No one came to apologize nor offer drinks while other customers get drinks. I don't recommend this place with how they treated me. Unprofessional and unacceptable. Update: Later, I found out from my friend (who rushed out of her pedicure to pick up her kid from school bc we didn't think we would be there for that long) who parked behind the salon that when she left, she saw at least 8 techs in the back just chilling and eating. So obviously they have a bunch of staff who just didn't want to work. Didn't think it could get a worst but it did. read more

I had the most amazing pedicure of a lifetime. it started as any pedicure does but soon turned into an incredible experience. After the usual soak, my legs and feet were pampered with a delightful rub of citrus orange slices which was followed up with Aloe Vera massage. Next came the plastic bags of lavender that were secured around my feet. Then my legs are drenched in collagen and another leg massage. This time the legs are wrapped with cucumber slices before warm towels are secured around the legs and feet. At this point, I can only say it was HEAVENLY. Towels are removed and my legs are being rubbed with a decadent oil and massaged with hot stones. More collagen and hot stones again. Bags of lavender are removed and now my feet are treated to a great collagen massage and legs aren't left out. DAMN THIS IS GREAT! Another round of collagen. this old lady might not look young and sexy but my legs sure did. Hope I make it to the car when this is all done without having to fight off a young stud or two! Legs and feet wiped with a warm towels. Ahhhhhh all good things must come to an end. I chose a bright pink nail color to draw attention to a truly wonderful experience. THANK YOU MIA! read more

I also got my brows tinted at the same visit and they went way too dark on the tint and stained my skin around the brows. I had to come home and scrub them with several products in order to remove it from my skin. This was after they attempted to remove it with a couple of different products. No apologies. No discount. They did a terrible job on my wife's brows. Then tried to pass it off as ok by changing mirrors as if the at would change it. Uneven, too lone and way too dark. They did give her A free manicure, but charged her $70 for the crappy brow job. She legit came home crying as she has a funeral to attend and went to get ready for that. My aunt, mother of the groom, came to do her manipedi here before her son's wedding. She doesn't speak or understand English well at all and had my mother translate over the phone for her asking for 2 services - dip manicure and basic pedicure ONLY. They then proceeded to ask her questions and finessed a deluxe manicure and gel pedicure out of her. Costing almost double what it should be. When we went to get our nails done too, my aunt was still there confused of the price but unable to articulate. The manager guy was BEYOND rude and disrespectful and said she should've said something, the nail text already did it. Hah would've been nice if she could've. The lady do my pedicure dug too much on my ingrown and it started bleeding. Manicure came out nice. Overall the pricing was just too much and way more than the other 2 salons. I got white colored toes gel and nails were French Nexgen and I paid 124. Compared to pricing at the other 2 nails salons wynns nails spa got the exact same thing and paid 80 plus tipped 20. They had way more options on drinks and had conversions with me too! Made me feel welcomed. read more

The massages were excellent and they payed attention to details. The massage chairs are comfy and give good massages. If you get the top mani you can get a shoulder and neck massage too. I went there to have gel nail polish removed, and to have my nails trimmed, and to have just a clear coat put on them. I told the receptionist at the front desk that this was my first time here. I told my girl that I wanted to have my nails cut short. I did not expect my nails to be cut so short that you can see the quick. Also, she filed sides of them so much that after I left they were rather uncomfortable. She also cut my little finger. I told the receptionist when I went to pay, and she did not seem to care at all!! I will be looking for another place to have my nails done. Also, I really felt sorry for the lady that was having a Mani and pedi on the side of me. The guy that was doing her pedi was coughing and coughing, and coughing! First time getting my nails done in literally 3 months I'm fully 8 months pregnant and can't get out much so I took advantage to try this nail place it looked really nice ! So I paid 55 for this pedicure that she butchered my nails ! And cut my skin causing a bad infection literally getting worse each day! It's so painful red and swollen! I saw the lady open a package of tools but not sure if they we're sterilized some tools had rust marks on them! Not only did she cut me she was so rough with my feet and legs messaging so vigorously and painful my legs were sore the next day. I think it's a beautiful place but definitely over priced for nothing. I spoke to Helen for my toe she asked me to come in she saw it and offered me health advice that I agreed to little did they know I'm a nurse myself. I had to Ask for a refund before I walked out and she kindly gave it back. WARNING be careful wherever you go not just here but anywhere especially if you are prone to foot infections if you have diabetes be cautious !!! So the only reason this place gets 2 stars is because she killed that, but these do not last I had them on for 6 days and one popped half way off and split my nail. The others where cracking off at the cuticles. I couldn't get them fixed because the one nail was damaged, I didn't wanna go walking around with 9 finger nails off and so I just wanted them off and they tried to charge me $10 for the soak off even though I wouldn't have had to soak them off had they not been poorly done. I won't be coming back here this was my first and only time and I'm so disappointed. read more

Needed a new nail salon and ended up here. I love that their prices are clearly listed on the sheet you fill out at check-in so I'm never surprised at check-out. I've now had my nails done here 5 times and every set has looked great and lasted a long time (3-4 weeks). My nails turned out so uneven and boxy looking after specifically asking the nail tech to make them thin and natural. When she finished fling I nicely asked her if she can make them look even and she replied "Your nails are not even."
