I came here right before the Fourth of July and got my nails done and Kellye was the absolute best. Her nails stay on for a month or longer and she always does a great job. Makes you feel at home. I was pretty disappointed in my visit to this nail salon. First I was told that a mail tech could do the design I wanted so my sister got her nails started and then the nail tech that said she could do it left and the two remaining nail techs called the nails I wanted to get "dirty" and made little to no effort in trying to help me achieve the nail look I wanted. I thought based on their numerous reviews pictures of nails with designs and line work that they would have been able to do what I wanted but they clearly can't. If that is the case for clients I suggest that they remove the pictures because it is very misleading. read more

What an absolute disappointment. I called his Nail Shop at 2 PM today to ask them what time was there closing the lady told me 8 PM which is also their hours listed on the door when I showed up at 5:45 I was turned down by the nail technician claiming that she had had a long day and that they were closing early. Now I understanding they are barely getting any business at all and it's clear to me why. MY normal tech is out of town and this place is close and convenient to my house I thought I would give it a try. COMPLETE FAILURE!! They were rude and disrespectful ask me to come back another day which I thought it was a huge inconvenience I will think twice about going here. Then the pricing wasn't compete either at all with my salon. The people weren't very friendly and didn't seem to know their job very well. I don't recommend this place for waxing at least. read more

Decided to give royal nails a chance instead of driving to Dallas to get my nails done at my typical go to stop. From the moment I walked in I was treated poorly and the color selection for nexgen was almost nothing. Went through the process of getting nexgen on my fingers and for some reason the top coat they put on was completely sticky and would not dry. So then we had to restart that entire process again to use a different top coat. Then the exact same thing happened with my pedicure, polish was on way too thick. I was told to "sit and let it finish drying" for 45 min. Once they were "finally" finished the nail tech allowed me to put my feet back in the shoes I brought (I even asked if it was ok, but she insisted that my toes were dry and nothing would happen) and then it ruined my toes again... basically terrible experience and I was there for 5 hours read more

For other customers that might, for their sake I hope they don't, decide to utilize the unfriendly and unprofessional services of this establishment--be prepared for the following: Being treated like you are not welcome. Being lied to. Not being acknowledged until they necessarily have to. Even though this happens no matter what at any place in the entire world, their ability to speak in their own language to discretely talk about me in FRONT of me rather non-discretely is incredible. If they have appointments, they won't tell you and will either rush the crap out of you or let you sit with out a word of communication. Nails ruined- I decided to try this place for the first time and totally regret doing so. All I wanted was a infill for my pink and white acrylics. The guy told me he would have to soak them off, and restart. After having my hands in acetone for 30 minutes, he came over and tried to remove the nails he ripped my actual nails to pieces. They try and push next gen, I think because that's the only thing they can do. read more

I went in to get a fill-in for power acrylic nails and I was quickly turned away. The older lady let's just call her the "mother" she took one look at my nails and didn't talk to me directly only to the younger girl saying we don't do that type of nail here. I ask what do you do she said nexgen nail and walked off. They didn't offer to give me a full set or anything I was just standing there looking crazy until I decided to walk out. Lucky I did I founded a bomb nail salon down the street who gave me a fill-in with nexgen power just like acrylic power nails. Let's just say they could have gain a customer but you lost one before you got started. I will tell everyone I know to stay clear from this place or maybe it's just women of color. read more
