Josh and Yahmeen were very polite and friendly. However, service wasn't that great. They missed cleaning AC vents, top of kitchen cabinets, webs on the wall, and some doors as well. We were in the house, so we had to point out areas that they missed. They did clean some afterwards, but we found more areas uncleaned after they left. If someone is paying over $200 for cleaning, I would expect service to be a little better and the person cleaning to be more proactive. 06/18 updated rating down to one star because we found more webs on the wall and corners and bunch of uncleaned spaces. I had SO much dog hair in my apartment, and I desperately needed a thorough deep clean. They provided the service while I was at work, and I would feel very safe and comfortable asking them to come back again while I was not home. It was a wonderful feeling to arrive home from work and feel relaxed and refreshed in my home. They texted me updates throughout the process and openly communicated about anything they were unsure of (where something belonged, etc.). They even offered to feed and walk my THREE dogs!! He misleads you in your initial conversation and when you share feedback of your experience with the housekeeper's service, he gets DEFENSIVE, talks down to you and quite frankly is RUDE!!! I agree with every negative review on his company. He is the most UNPROFESSIONAL and petty business person I have ever encountered. He dabbles in the truth and when you challenges his truth, he takes no accountability. I am quite sure he will come on this review like the others to give his UNTRUTH account because he wants to pretend everyone is not telling the truth about his business and BEHAVIOR. I am also sure he will have people give more reviews to drown this one out. When I first booked with him he was nice and I told him he was pleasant but I quickly saw something different when I gave him feedback on my service and he hung his hat on "well you said I was nice." As if I can't have a different opinion when he showed me different. When you book with him he tells you the standard cleaning but tells you to create a list for them to clean. I heard what the standard was and determined that was all I needed because I have had service with another company for over a year. Here is the kicker, he asks you the square footage of your home but does not send enough staff to clean it within the timeframes he provides so, you will NEVER get a full cleaning. Example if your home is 1800 square feet, he will say pick a timeframe you want it cleaned, 2 hours, 3 hours, 5 hours etc. and if you pick 2 hours he will send 1 person instead of 2 or 3. It is so DECEIVING because one person could not clean the home in that timeframe. He is the only company I know of and I have done research, that makes you sign a contract with his company. There is a reason for that. You will get HORRIBLE, subpar service and want to leave and he will HOLD YOU HOSTAGE for 30 more days which could be 2 or 3 more cleanings to get him more money in his pocket. My last cleaning I did not even get a cleaning I just paid it to be rid of them. He is very rigid, inflexible, condescending, insulting and all around not even a nice person or a nice business person. My original reason for switching was because my housekeepers were constantly late arriving but after this fiasco, I am using them again and they have significantly improved their arrival time. In closing, there are alot of people providing this service who are professional and don't use a contract to rob you of your money while not providing the full service you were expecting. When you call for a housecleaning and there are timeframes, you are expecting them to be able to clean within that timeframe with enough staff to do it. If that is not the case/expectation, it should have been communicated. VERY MISLEADING!!! My recommendation is to go fast to any other company!

These folks are awesome and I feel so fortunate that I came upon their online ad!…read more I was in a position I did not anticipate after digging out a few very large flower beds in my yard. May not sound like much, but two 6 x 10 foot beds each 1 foot deep produced tons of dirt in weight and at least 4 cubic yards of volume. My truck can safely haul about 1/2 of a cubic yard (due to the weight) so to give you an idea that is about 8-10 pick up loads of dirt. It would have taken me days to load my truck by hand to only then shovel it out by hand if I could find a place to dump it! So, hauling it myself wasn't an option. By the way, the county landfill (Chesterfield) doesn't allow you to bring in dirt. You need to work with someone who can dump at a commercial only landfill. On the Spot Hauling run by Diamond and Chris were the only folks who actually committed and showed up to do the work. I spoke to five other companies including one who swore he could do the work and did show up early in the morning on a Sunday in a small vehicle with a trailer he used to collect leaves only to take pictures, tell me he has a "buddy" who can bring in a front end loader and a dump truck and quoted me a crazy price. He had to go away empty handed. Chris and I reviewed the work one more time on the phone afterwards and he came that same day - a Sunday- ready to work. We had a ballpark price based on pictures and my description. Nothing changed, he was true to his quoted price for the work. We did make an adjustment for his dump fee (its not cheap to get rid of dirt in comparison, for example, just household garbage) which he had told me on the phone was the only variable he didn't know until he got here and we started loading his trailer. Chris, Diamond and Carlos worked over two days - Sunday all afternoon and Monday all morning- to load their very large dump trailer and clean up around the area I orginally placed the dirt in my driveway. They used shovels and also had a machine to help move the dirt into the trailer but that was on rubber tracks and did no damage to my driveway or yard. They worked safely, swiftly and with purpose. Their interactions with myself and my wife were very professional. After they left, I quickly power washed my driveway in the afternoon and it was like nothing was ever there! I definately recommend Diamond Chris and On The Spot Hauling and will be calling upon them again for other work. I encourage you to do the same!
