This company came to clean our assisted living facility and started the cleaning process about 7 pm, when most residents were already trying to go to sleep. They did not open any widows for ventilation even though the building is 3 stories. The machines were loud, and the men were yelling instructions over the noise. At one point I opened my door and asked them to please hold the noise down. They ignored me. I had a bad allergic reaction to the odor and had to go get a nurse to get me some water and take me outside. While I was at the elevator. I complained to Greg Pierce. the owner about the late hour and the fumes as I was gasping for air. He said, "Lady, there are 40 some odd rooms here, and you are the only one complaining, you crabby ass bitch." I asked him to repeat what he said. He did. I told him I was going to report him the next morning. Also, please be aware that he uses a "bonnet" carpet cleaning method. Nothing to extract dirt or chemicals out or the carpet. Just a rotating disk with a pad on it that pushes the dirt back into the carpet. This is the cheapest, most ineffective way of cleaning carpet. Anyone who would speak this way to an elderly lady who is choking and asking for windows to be opened should not be in a customer service oriented business. One of his employees tried to cover up their inexcusable behavior by saying I was harassing them. Stay away from this business! read more
