Made it home and ODBC reader indicated problem with fuel injector 4. Went online to make first available appointment which was 11 am on the Tuesday after the Memorial Day weekend. Made appointment without any problems and received email confirmation of appointment. Tuesday morning at 9:35 am received call letting me know that the Faricy Ford online appointment system was apparently not working correctly and that my appointment was cancelled with next available appointment on Saturday. I let Faricy Brother Ford know that I was leaving on Wednesday on an out of state trip and needed my vehicle fixed before the trip. I was not offered any possible solutions to their website problem and no concern was given to my requirements. Needless to say this will be the last time I use Faricy Brothers Ford and will drive to either Pueblo or Colorado Springs when I do need the services of a Ford dealership. Since this is the second time I have experienced less than satisfactory customer experience with the specific dealership when it comes time to buy my next Ford it will not be at this uncaring dealership.

Of course, we were outside of Salida where we barely limped into the local dealership. That dealer seemed unclear as to what the problem could be and told us he "may be able to look at it the next day". Lucky for us, we called Scott (head of Service) in Canon City. He told us to drive right over and he would take a look. Our truck was fixed in less than 2 hours and we were back on the road, hauling our trailer and breathing a huge sigh of relief! Thank you City Auto Plaza! Everyone was ultra professional and helpful. Highly recommend.

We arrived around 10 a.m., took a quick test drive, and quickly decided we wanted to move forward with the purchase. From that point on, our experience started to decline. We began working with the finance representative, Jason, and felt that we were not given the level of service we expected possibly due to our age. Although the dealership was small and not busy at the time, we spent several hours waiting with little communication or sense of urgency. We understand that buying a car can take time, but the process felt unnecessarily drawn out. When we finally sat down to review payment options, we noticed discrepancies in the paperwork. The taxes listed were higher than expected, and Jason initially claimed our car insurance was not valid. However, the documentation we provided clearly showed that it was he simply had not taken the time to review it properly. By 4 p.m., we completed the payment review and I wired the down payment. Since it was late Saturday and banks were closed Sunday, we understood there would be a delay in processing. On Tuesday, Jason attempted to contact me while I was unavailable and called multiple times within a short period. Before giving me a reasonable chance to respond or even contacting my fiancé directly, he went as far as calling my fiancé's military leadership. This was extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. Shortly after, I learned from my bank that the wire transfer had been refunded, minus a transaction fee, even though I had already paid one. When I contacted Jason, he was not helpful in resolving the issue and instead placed urgency on fixing the situation without offering solutions. My bank suggested the routing number may have been incorrect, which is concerning since that information was provided by the dealership. Jason dismissed this possibility and incorrectly suggested it could be due to an "international bank." Overall, we are extremely disappointed with the service we received. We felt overlooked and disrespected, and at times, unfairly judged due to our age. Regardless of age, all customers deserve professional, respectful, and efficient service especially when making a significant purchase. To add to the experience, the car itself was not properly detailed. We would not recommend this dealership based on our experience.

I didn't want to leave this negative review, but this dealership has left me with no other option…read more I brought my 2022 Jeep Wrangler in early November for a third engine leak. It ended up needing a full engine replacement, which I understand can happen. What I don't accept is how the dealership handled it. My Jeep sat at the dealership for weeks with no proactive communication. I had to initiate nearly every update call. I was repeatedly told my replacement engine had not yet shipped or been delivered, only to later learn the engine was actually delivered December 3rd, a week earlier than I was led to believe. A radio malfunction was reported before the warranty expired and every time the Jeep was in service. The dealership refused to note it on the repair order because they "didn't work on it that visit," which leaves me unprotected if they later claim it was never reported. I was told, "it's now hearsay" by a service department member. When I asked about a loud turbo noise in October, I was told "unfortunately, they all sound like that." After the engine replacement, I was informed the turbo actually needed to be replaced, proving the initial concern wasn't taken seriously and the diagnosis missed. I'm now stuck trying to obtain rental reimbursement from Stellantis after relying on a rental vehicle for more than a month, and the dealership has not meaningfully assisted with escalation or communication. While the mechanical repair ultimately got done, the lack of honesty, follow-through, and basic customer service has made this the most difficult service experience I've ever had. I wish I had read detailed reviews before trusting this shop, hopefully this saves someone else from the same experience.

Decided to just get there first thing to make sure I wasn't late. Got there and the service guy didn't seem too enthused about helping me. Then he says there was no record of my appointment, nor was there any record of the extensive descriptions to the multiple issues that the lady put into the system. He's like "so what's goin on with it?" I just said they didn't seem very professional and got my keys and left. Got up early and drove an hour for nothing. Prob a good thing because I had brought it in 3 yrs before when it was under warranty for the air recirculation not working and they said it was working fine. After leaving I checked it and it was still not working. Brutal. Thought maybe that since a big Denver dealer bought the dealership they would have a more professional operation with capable techs but apparently it's just a new name with the same people running it. Obviously would not recommend.

We are located in Montana and would be flying down to purchase the vehicle. I understand there is always a risk, but this whole exchange felt dishonest. Alpine Ford was located across the street. The sales person at Southwest drove it over for us and we got the inspection report, including a phone call from the technician. He said the car was in Great shape and only needed new tires at some point. I noted that the inspection had failed the scratches part so my husband called back and was told that was just "normal wear and tear" and if there is any, they have to fail it. Not true, but we learned that the hard way. Also, none of the damage was visible in the listing pictures. Don't worry, I wrote a review on their website. Fast forward, we fly to Denver, drive to Pueblo walk around the car and the entire passenger side has clearly scraped against something. Each panel had some damage AND one was dented. Extremely disappointed I paid $320 for a sh*t and dishonest inspection. Dents was passed on the inspection, and there was an obvious one on the back panel wear paint was scraped to the metal. Do better. We ultimately passed on the car, drove a rental car home.
