I typically ask what she recommends each time I come in, and it has never once steered me wrong. Her cheeses are phenomenal. It is the only place in the vicinity where we can buy raw cow milk and goat milk that is right from the farm without adulteration. They are naturally sweet and uber organic. You immediately see the goats and calves up front that you can pet or feed and the shop is right across the way which was filled with yummy items from other local farms and fresh cheeses you can try!
