The sprouts were as small as hair, one measles strip of bacon and the thinnest slice of bacon ever seen - $14

The California club should be a CA club... so little avocado/sprouts/bacon I told them they got my order wrong. After digging into the sandwich it made up about 2% of the sandwich. It was mostly lettuce. The baked potato was room temp at best, and the bacon on top was 75% fat... we won't be going back.

Food is always good, place is clean, service is friendly. My only complaint is that it takes FOREVER to get your food during busy times. The place seems poorly managed. We came on a Saturday, ordered our food at 12:16pm and didn't get our food until 12:49pm. I asked if they had forgotten our food and the girl sitting on the ground just behind the counter said they were behind because of a catering order. Seems like she should have been helping instead of sitting in the ground. Again, poorly managed.

This lil meat market and deli is a hidden treasure. It's located smack dab in the middle of a…read moreresidential neighborhood and is a great asset to the community. It reminds me of my childhood when I'd frequent the area market for my sitter and sometimes for my own sweet tooth. What great memories of those fun days gone by. After looking up meat markets in the area, Hardesty was the first to pop up so off I went...ready to check it out. Upon entering the heavy door immediately that 'little giddy girl feeling' from my childhood days came rushing over me. It took me back to the days I walked to my local market as a child for many of the same goods and I felt right at home! There was a particularly-hard-to-find-deli meat that I was in search of which they didn't quite have, but a suitable substitute was found. The market was clean and the employees (and even customers) were so, so hospitable and friendly. The gentleman that waited on me was kind/patient and graciously gave me sample after sample of not-so-common deli meat/cheese to explore. It was fun taste-testing foods that I hadn't heard of or eaten before. I ended up purchasing much more than I intended to, but was extremely pleased with each item. The market also has fresh vegetables, homemade preserves, desserts, pickled goods, okra, sauces and more. What a delight! This is now my new meat market/deli...home away from home. Thank you HARDESTY for being such a bright spot in the community and a wonderful place to travel for my meat/deli needs. You are well worth the miles from my home state to yours. You rock!

They didn't ask which bread you wanted or remember the vegetables we ordered or if we had paid. Not much of an ambiance. We had the same experience the last time we were here except the employees were friendlier the last time we came. It's very over priced for the taste. We won't go back.

First and foremost, the food is delicious. I'm gonna assume they use angel tears in everything they make bc it's always divine. Second, the staff there is SO friendly! They rival Chick-fil-a....And they might even be a little better! Third, they're hella quick. Online orders especially. It's nice that you can use the app and add a pick-up time and it'll be ready on the dot. And if you ordered a hot sandwich, it'll still be hot, and the bread won't be soggy. And for this location to have only been open for a few weeks now, I'm surprised they are actually as good as they are. I know they've pulled workers from their other locations, but still. A lot of the time it takes a while to work through the kinks, training, food preparation. Not this one. They are already doing everything right. Top notch! And again, bc it's so new, the place is immaculate. So clean. But I have a feeling as it gets older, that it's still going to look clean. They seem to be a "quality based" company instead of a "quantity based." Which I can appreciate bc my parents are small business owners, and we pride ourselves on quality service and products too. The inside is really loud, so it won't be good for quality time together-- so no dates fellas! Grab your sandwich from here, then take your love on a picnic instead!

After…read moreseeing the high density cramped quarters and smelling the awful stench, let me tell you, I swore off beef then and there! Well, that was four hours back and 300 miles under my tires. That, along with my short memory, is when I saw the sign for Robertsons. Time for a bite to eat. I pulled off the highway and into a gravel parking lot. There before me was a rustic looking building that looked like it was in serious need of some paint. But, as they say, dont judge a book by its cover. It's what's on the inside that counts. Besides, a little weathered wood just adds to the ambiance. Don't get fooled by the face of Robertsons. The heart beats soundly. When I went inside, I noticed that the chalkboard menu had a number of different offerings. It was when I saw BBQ beef that I knew that I had to give it a shot. The memory of the feedlot had long since faded. As did the stench of the cattle wallowing in their own filth. But hey, didn't I mention that it's what's on the inside that counts? Well, I found that the inside of a bovine can barbecue up quite nicely. I got the bbq sandwich, and it was superb. You should get one, or maybe even two! Quick Tip: If you're tempted to get gas at the Loves next door, don't. Go to the next exit and buy your gas at Stuckeys. It's like 20 cents a gallon cheaper. The money you save will help pay for your sandwiches. Or that Pecan Log Roll if Stuckeys draws you inside.
