Lovely self care experience. The interior is very calming with everything you need to feel relaxed. The sauna is high tech, easy to use and customizable to your liking. The float room is larger than I expected and the shower inside was convenient for a full rinse afterwards. Was super excited to come here for my birthday with a friend. We bought a package that included the infrared sauna and the soaking pool. They keep you on time since they are booked back to back. They start off by showing you a video about what you will experience. We started with 45 minutes in the infrared sauna which was great for detoxifying. You can change the different colors in the sauna. Then we headed to the soaking pools where we showered off first. The soaking pools are in private rooms and you can turn the lights off for further relaxation or keep them on. They put on relaxing meditation music which was nice. We floated for 40 minutes and then showered off the magnesium salts. Super relaxing. The shower stopper was broken so the water flooded the whole floor and I had to quickly pick up our bags from the floor. We mentioned this to the front desk staff and they said nothing no apology. The float therapy was deeply relaxing and left me feeling both mentally and physically refreshed. I followed it with a massage from Jenier, who was phenomenal. It was a strong, therapeutic massage--almost like a sports massage--and I walked out feeling completely renewed. My brother experienced a Reiki session with Cynthia and couldn't stop talking about how grounded and mentally clear he felt afterward. He described it as truly healing, and we would both highly recommend her. My sister also had a massage with Denisse and absolutely loved it. I arrived about 30 minutes early for my appointments. I booked a 60 minute massage with Esteban and 45 minute sauna after (called a Saunage on their website for $160). Free parking behind the building. The workers nicely greeted me at the front desk and led me into their relaxation space. This is a large room with lemon water and hot tea to wait for your appt/in between appts. Esteban took me back to the massage room on time. Very professional throughout. Focused a lot on mobility and stretching during the massage. Pressure was great - basically a deep tissue. He ended on time and provided lemon water after. I sat in the relaxation lounge again until it was time for my sauna appointment. Private infrared sauna with color light therapy. 45 minute session set at any temperature you want. I chose 150 degrees. They had a carafe of water if you needed it. Also, there's a shower which is needed because you will be dripping with sweat afterwards. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. After my appointments, I got ready in their small area. They have hair products, combs, deodorant, hair ties, a Dyson blow dryer, lotion, and Cotton swabs. Once I was ready, I spent an additional 5 minutes in the relaxation area to just rest. Then I checked out and paid a tip for my massage therapist. Overall, I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend. Super friendly and helpful staff. Amazing experience! read more

My second time floating here today and it was followed by a lovely massage from Janine! The ambience here is awesome and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. They have a lounge area where you can sit, drink tea or infused water and just relax before/after your service. They have plenty of parking available. I came across this place through class pass . After a stressful work day I decided to book a massage last minute . This place is fairly new just opened 8 months ago. I decided to check it out. This secluded oasis is a perfect date night idea or great to come by yourself for some relaxation . You get the luxury of enjoying your own private sauna with showers included . This place was truly amazing. I used class pass to try the infrared sauna and as I came in for my appointment the front desk lady gave me a tour of the whole place. You get to use the room for 45 mins, there is a shower in there you can rise off after and you can connect your phone to the sauna to play your own music. Very relaxing and very beneficial to your health. I would recommend this experience to anyone. There's also a relaxation area you can use after with tea and water and a touch up room with hair products, deodorant, skin care and a dryer. My massage was scheduled for 6pm. I noticed time was delaying and the front desk personnel proceeded to tell me that there was an issue with booking and my masseuse had to wait for a room to become available. There was a 40 minute delay in my service. While my massage was great, the first few minutes consisted of my masseuse apologizing for the delay and me trying to internally diffuse myself from being upset. It is not her job to have to apologize for a mistake, front desk should have taken care of that. I had time sensitive plans and this delay changed my itinerary. On top of that, I was still charged for ear plugs I had forgotten. Although they're just $2, the fact that no one addressed my inconvenience and still had the nerve to charge me is down right unacceptable. There was no true service recovery apart from letting me know that there was a "delay" without even telling me how long it was truly going to be. ^^^ I sent this email Feb 2024. Never heard back from anyone. Apart from that day, city cave is a really great experience. The float therapy/massage combo is the best. The masseuses are professional and I enjoy the fact that your float experience is in a tub rather than a pod. You can shower, blow dry your hair and be on your way. read more

Let me start with saying this is a GREAT place. Great for relaxation. I want to start with the cons since there is only one but it ls big to me: The robe provided is not one size fits all. If you are plus size it doesn't not fully close. When asked if they offered larger sizes, I was told they did not. The solution provided to me was to bring my own robe if I would like. I felt extremely insulted that was even suggested to me. Why would do I have to be inconvenienced with extra stuff by having to bring my own robe, might as well tell us to bring our own towels and shoes. They do need to work of being more plus size inclusive . Hopefully the next time I go they will have more robe options. Or plus size people can walk around with their robes slightly opened and exposed if that would make the business happy. Aside for the robe issue, the spa is great. I truly enjoyed the sauna and the massage. The Float was ok, I can do without it. It was peaceful, I fell asleep in the pool but nothing to go crazy about. Ramona was so kind and helpful when I called to inquire about the services and she even recommend adding on the sauna before our float therapy session to have an even better experience. The space is beautiful, relaxing and most importantly clean and every aspect of our visit felt comfortable. The customer service is amazing, Ramona was a big reason in why I booked here and Laura was insightful enough to see a small inference with our booked services and contacted me to fix the issue days before our appointment in order for our time there to run smoothly.
