"[O]nly authorized U.S. Postal Service delivery personnel are allowed to place items in a mailbox. By law, a mailbox is intended only for receipt of postage-paid U.S. Mail." These people are flagrantly violating the law. 2. The flyer boasts "Restoration and Mitigation Specialists", "Roofing-Gutters-Windows", "Let our trained claim specialists inspect your property today!", etc. I can't tell from all this gibberish what it is that they actually do - for your money. Are they roofers? Window installers? Or some nebulous additional layer of expense added on to your bill? This outfit sounds really fishy from the get-go. You have been warned.

I had gone through this company in 2018 to get my roof replaced. They are your typical storm…read morechasers. They are good at getting you a new roof. They'll have a random sub contractor lay the roof. So far the roof is holding up. I'll give the company 2.5 stars rather than 1 as they did get me a new roof. These are the issues I had which is the reason for the lower rating. -The sales guy Rodney was pushing me to give them a good online review early in the process before they completed the job. I even saw him posting a good review for the company posing as a customer. -The public adjuster/son of owner Josh was so pushy with getting the insurance checks immediately threatening lawsuits early on against my homeowners policy. - The biggest issues were when I had a leak on my bathroom ceiling around a year after the new roof. They had sent some subcontractors to my roof without telling me the first time around. There were so many times where long delays in responses from CC to look into the leak. They had sent folks to fix the ceiling a few times without fixing the source of the problem. So it kept on happening. They had then taped the roof with silver tape. After giving several other random reasons including a leak in chimney two rooms apart , they eventually removed part of the ceiling and wall. They figured it might be a combination of a leaky pipe in attic and possibly part of roof. They had also broken part of a bathroom fan and not painted the tape on the roof. They just left the demolished bathroom fall as is and never came back. After asking them to pay for the other incidental damages they said they will not do so and told me I'm lucky that they are not billing me. They were ghosting me for months before getting a response. At one point, they even called me ****** off for a bad online review that I didn't even post. I just hope they will honor my warranty if something goes bad in the coming years. I'm not to sure anymore with my experience. So beware of issues that you might face if you decide to hire them.
