Belamar review…read more Overall a great hotel and , if I can secure a similar great price, I and my family will happily stay again! The highlights: - the staff were wonderful (all around). The front desk staff were courteous at every step in the process (check in, questions throughout stay, following up on a few small issues that occurred) and at checkout. The valet staff were wonderful. They worked REALLY hard to ensure cars were ready in five minutes (often less than that) from when you requested it (via text) and the restaurant staff was very courtesy and the food was good - Valet was quick (I can't emphasize this enough). I was slightly annoyed that it was valet only (with a rental car I get a wary of others driving) however they were fast, courteous, and kept the car cool for me. Also, I recommend paying for valet when you book as I had the option to buy $25/night parking instead of $45/night parking where booking on the Hilton app. - Use of the hotels bicycles was a major highlight. I rented bikes twice. At the time of my stay (May 2026) there were only four bikes. They are first come first serve so I recommend renting in the morning. They had baskets and came with locks and helmets for a very affordable price. The staff (especially Ozzie) was great at getting them quickly rented out to us and showing us the features (they are one speed bikes so they are basic but perfect for cruising along the beach). - The room was spacious, clean, and had a mini bar fridge in it (with the option for a full fridge and access to a microwave near the business center). I appreciated the ability to tip the staff virtually with credit card in case you don't have cash. - The restaurant was convenient, service was good, and the food was good - Noise level wasn't bad, I had a room facing the main road and wished I would have booked a courtyard room, however the noise was barely noticeable and never a disruption (I come from a city where I am use to ambient noise) The not so great things - For late night gym goers, the gym is limited to 6am-10pm (probably because the gym is beside several guest rooms and they want to be courteous to those rooms). However the gym is well stocked small gym (three treadmills, a peloton, and several different racks of weights and areas for stretching) - The hallways smelt a bit dank when I first arrived (although the rooms themselves smelt very fresh) and I noticed several automated deodorizers in the hallways (likely to help with this) and staff were doing a comprehensive carpet cleaning when I checked out so I would expect this not to be the case in the future. - The indoor/outdoor pool was a bit dated and didn't leave much to be desired, but it's an option.. for those who don't prefer the beach and there were towels available.

This place is awesome. We booked here last minute and so glad we did! The rooms are so spacious and…read morewell maintained. We had the cutest balcony which is amazing since we had our dog with us. The restaurant on site is great too, nice selection and has a happy hour and there is a nice walking trail close by as well. I would absolutely stay here again, everyone was so nice!!

Decent. Chris and…read moreother front desk lady whom worked today were nice. Hence, my three stars. I would've actually gave four stars, but there was more than one incident with the outlet not working if it was only one time I would've gave four stars, however since it was twice and it was a little bit time-consuming when we had a dinner reservation we had to have them come fix it and we couldn't get ready Dampened our plans a bit. If you're a Marriott member, you can use your Marriott points and get half off on Parking which is nice. The room was clean however it is a little bit small. Also, we had two different times that the electrical outlet plug in the bathroom stopped working so we could not use our straightener. We had to call maintenance to come fix two different times. As well as to fix a light in the hallway in our room, they fixed it. It was a nice day. It just needs a little tender, loving care on the property and I'm happy that the staff was very nice. I would probably return for the price, but I just hope that they can work on their electric electricity/outlet problem.

Great Stay at Aloft El Segundo!…read more Planned this trip a while out to catch the Bucs game at SoFi, and Aloft El Segundo ended up being the perfect home base. As a Gold Elite Bonvoy member, I really appreciated being able to check in early with no hassle--they accommodated it right away. The airport shuttle was seamless and showed up right on schedule (runs every 30 minutes), which made arrival super easy. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, and the whole place has that modern, upbeat Aloft vibe with a definite Cali twist. It was a little chilly during my stay, so I didn't get to enjoy the pool as much as I wanted, but the fire pit and lounge areas were awesome. My room was clean, comfortable, and the bed was amazing--slept better than I have in a while. What really made this stay stand out was the staff. Every interaction--from the first phone call to final checkout with Brenda--was warm, genuine, and made me feel like family. Huge shoutout to the whole team for making the experience memorable. The location is also a major plus. Tons of food options are within walking distance, and we were able to stroll over to Ralph's for snacks and groceries. My personal favorites: Starbucks right across the street and In-N-Out nearby. We Ubered to most places during our visit, and the location definitely helped keep costs down. It was also super easy for drivers to pick us up and drop us off in front of the hotel, which made getting around even smoother. Only minor concern: the gym had a bit of an odor that kept me from working out, but we got plenty of steps in during the trip, so no big deal. Overall, a pleasant stay and definitely a spot I'll plan to come back to!

My mom and I stayed at the Residence Inn near Manhattan Beach. Even with renovations going on, the…read moreproperty felt clean and welcoming. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and professional, and the lobby looked recently updated, which I appreciated. The gym, pool, and outdoor eating areas were a vibe, and the grounds were beautiful and very family-friendly. Parking was plentiful, and the property felt safe, quiet, and somewhat tucked away. The food service staff stood out as well--very personable and well-organized. One team member even walked around to tables checking in with guests, which was a nice touch. The beach is about a 27-minute walk each way. I walked there and back and didn't find it bad at all. Checkout was easy, my late checkout request was honored, and the staff went out of their way to give me a list of tourist attractions in San Diego since I was heading there after checkout. Accessibility & Cons: The parking spaces were tight, especially near Building #3. The pathway between the parking lot and the sidewalk was uneven and steep, which isn't ideal for guests with mobility challenges. We booked a one-bedroom loft, and while the room itself was really nice and unique, all of the lofts are on the second floor and there are no elevators. Traveling with my mom, who has mobility limitations, made this a challenge. Also, the room had a noticeable odor--hard to describe, but similar to a basement smell--which I wasn't a fan of. Overall, this was a great stay and I would definitely recommend it and stay here again. I'd also recommend checking out the loft rooms--they're very cool--just be mindful of the accessibility limitations.

One Night stay via LAX flight inbound before heading out the next morning to a Cruise Port. Uber…read morefrom Hotel to Cruise Port was less than $40. Shuttle runs 24 hours and is frequent look for Loft & Fairfield Inn denoted shuttles, and call the hotel so they know you will be waiting, should see a shuttle within 30 minutes. My room was in the Tower several stories up, this required a short walk to an elevator that was not initially easily found, and I'd suggest more intuitive signage, but it was found, and the tower design minimizes hall traffic outside of rooms. I was solo, and had no issue with the small bathroom counter, but I was also prepared for a cruise ship so I had a hanging shaving Kit so counter space needs were minimized. The room was standard, but I also packed a white noise generator so external noise would not be an issue. Bedding was sufficient, but I'd request on checkin for an additional blanket for both warmth and weight. The breakfast dinning room was large, and the morning offerings included Yogurts, Breads with a Toaster, Cereals and Milk, Coffee and Dispenser Juices, Cooked Liquid Eggs, and Breakfast Meats. The buffet was well maintained by staff, and though crowded as it opened, was less packed as the service progressed. There is also a microwave in this space. In a protected courtyard there is a pool, fire pit, and a 24 hour basic gym with ample towels. There is also a weekday early evening paid happy hour bar service. Across the intersection is Ralph's supermarket, where I picked up some sparkling waters, and snacks. there are also numerous dining options, IN N OUT, Polo Loco, Jersey Mikes, Subway, plus Deli, Chinese, Hawaiian, etc. stopped at IN N OUT, during my early evening visit the walk up counter had no waiting though there were a lot of cars in line to order and pickup. Parking was $40+ across the street, and not the cheapest local option if you will be using a car. But I wanted a shuttle pickup at LAX, some walkable shopping and food options, onsite breakfast, a clean and low stress evening making this a good choice for my April 2026 booking. FYI room pricing fluctuates.

Great and friendly staff. Appreciated their kindness The takeaway is that the wifi was down And never came up. Also very small bathroom with weird sink location and poor counter space. Overall, perfect for one night.
