I stopped back in the next day after completing my repair and again was treated very courteously by all the employees. The guy working seemed aggravated to have to come outside to test my battery. He even said on his way out "what did you leave on". After about 10 seconds of checking my battery, he says its not my battery, its my alternator and there's nothing he can do. He shut my hood and went back in side. I came back to work very upset. Not only was he rude but he offered no advice. A coworker jumped me off again at the end of my shift and I stopped at O'Reillys on my way home for a second opinion. The guy immediately tested my battery, said that's what it was and replaced it. I will never spend a penny at an auto parts place that has employees that are too lazy to help someone in need. Advanced Auto has lost my business and I will spread the word about how I was treated!
