The other Discount Tires are always bustling so I am not sure what is going on at this location. I went to wait at the air machine as I wasn't sure if I had a flat or just low air pressure. I had run over something in the road a few days before, so I thought there might have been a puncture. I waited there and waited as that is how it works at my Discount Tire. But nobody came to help so I decided to go inside but someone came out to meet me and just told me to wait. Another car came and we had a line so finally someone came over to check the tires. Thankfully, I didn't have a leak as with the rate this shop operates, I would have missed my show. I will look for another location if I have another tire issue in the area.

I made an appointment online. The tech at Discount Tires checked them for free and told me two were bad. He could have upsold me to sell all four, but he left it up to me. They didn't have the correct parts, so they had to order the sensors. When I called a few days later, they had them. I asked how busy they were, and they said to come on in. I was out the door in twenty minutes for just over $250 for all four sensors. I understand if you buy your tires from them, they will rotate them, AND repair them for free. I will certainly use them for my next tire purchase.

Neither of which is true, this place is trying to scam people into paying for services not needed. I was in full panic mode and called tire mountain & auto on a whim and explained my situation. I knew they were closed weekends per their website & also it was so late in the day. I was listened to, and told definitely Monday it could be done. But we had to get home. I thanked them & went to find cooling mats & portable fans to try to make the drive. A couple hours later my phone rang and it was the owner I had spoken to earlier. He called to let me know he had 2 guys willing to come in on their day off, so they could get us on the road. AMAZING owners, service, and boy is our car cold! They didn't jack up the price, which they easily could have. Forever grateful for the kindness of a stranger. I'd 1000% recommend this business!
