The lot is so full that they often park cars across the street! Then you meet Greg.. Greg, the owner, is one of the nicest guys ever. He has remembered my name ever since I first went to him to have my check engine light scanned. He will tell you what is wrong and with a "no problem" you will have your car fix and fixed right. His sons also work at the garage and I love the fact that it is a family run local business. We have a mini van that travels to Boston and central Florida yearly and has racked up quite a few miles. Even though it runs great it has had a few things in need of repair. Every time we bring it in Greg meets us with a smile and has the car fixed right the first time. Because they are so good they are very busy, so make sure you have an appointment or it may take a few days to get your car back. Import Connection is also fair. We have never had to fight with them or left unsatisfied. They have always beaten other quotes and I never feel like I have been taken advantage of. A huge plus!! This may sound like someone close to the family wrote this review, or a yelp sales pitch but I am just a guy who was referred to them by a work friend and I have been blown away! Carz was $400 more expensive than jzm for the exact same tires on the same car. The price difference was unbelievable. A few months later, I had some lights on on my dash on my Prius. I had the red triangle of death and the check engine light. Since it seemed like it could be serious I had two different repair businesses do diagnostics. After the diagnostics JZM's price quote was $300 less than the other business I tried. I'm glad these guys are right down the road from me.

I wanted to write a review for Smith Family Tire because they treated me like gold yesterday. I…read morecalled them about an issue with my brakes and they were able to schedule an appointment just a couple of hours later. I'd already called several other automative shops that were closer to my home and all of them were booked out for days to weeks. That was concerning because I needed something right away so that I drive my car safely. I had been to Smith before and was treated well in the past, so I suspected that I would receive excellent service once again. After explaining my issues to them, they said they didn't want me driving unsafely, so it appeared that they made me a priority. THAT was the first amazing piece to my experience. I took the car in and they determined what was going on with the back end, and also pointed out that I had an issue on the front end of the car. As it turned out, I needed new rotors and pads on the front end, which was a bit of a shock, but that's how life unfolds sometimes. There was also more of an issue on the back end that was unexpected as well. Smith discovered that a part that was supposed to be installed to help the pads stay on straight was actually never installed by the previous automotive shop. It was good to know, but disappointing to say the least, as I had trusted that shop over the years to do good work. Not anymore...I will never know if this was intentional or an oversight, but I'm sure that it caused the rear pads to have less longevity. Regarding the rear end, Smith said that they could straighten the rotors out for me which sounded like the right thing to do in that moment, so I went with it. They worked as fast as they could and I was out of their shop 2-3 hours later. When I went to leave, I heard a new noise, so I went back in to let them know. Long story short it had nothing to do with their work, it was related to a metal part on my spare tire that had come loose. After two attempts to determine what was causing it, the mystery was solved, and I was able to get back on the road safe and sound. The folks at Smith are the real deal, and I can't say enough good things about the quality of their work! Thank you to Mike and his crew for being so amazing to me! I will be back when the next issue arises! See you all then, but hopefully not sooner than later... Jennifer E

After a March oil change and…read moretire rotation, I discovered that the lug nuts on all four wheels were loose after driving less than 210 miles--a serious safety issue. On top of that, grease was left on my driver's seat, and despite having an appointment made two days in advance, the service took nearly two hours for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I expect much better attention to safety and professionalism.
