We were unfamiliar with the area and were extremely exhausted dealing with warranty and insurance roadside dispatch to have multiple service companies cancel after realizing it was a specialty tow. Hunter called after receiving our claim from dispatch, talked with my husband, and showed up anyway to see if he could help troubleshoot or help us with a plan- he was very knowledgeable (all at 11:00 pm on a Saturday). Although we had to sleep at the gas station, he made us feel comfortable with the area, made an excellent referral to another local company, and followed up with us the next day.
