However, I wanted to leave a public comment on what is perhaps a glaring oversight on either the city of Santa Fe Springs, City of Norwalk, and/or LA County's behalf. If you look at the public transit rail system for Southern California, there is a place in Santa Fe Springs/Norwalk where they should have combined the LA Metrorail Green line station at Hoxie Avenue, Norwalk with the Amtrak station on Imperial Hwy to allow people from San Diego County and Orange County to access LAX and the LA Metrorail with better ease. If you look at a map (picture uploaded to this review), the stations are 10 minutes away from each other. Given this glaring oversight, at the very least, there needs to be another Green Line station at this Amtrak station to combine the public railway systems. It's a no-brainer that would have been done decades ago in any European country.

The library still feels a little on the old school side (the computers could be better updated) Outdoor: Parking is ample. It's right next to a park. It's also right by a major street (Del Amo) so you gotta keep an eye on your little ones when outside. Staff: The staff is fantastic, friendly, welcoming, and they remember you! This makes a difference. Children's area: The library is small but the kids area is nice and big for how small the library is. There are open ended toys and a little floor area to read. There's a sizable kids Spanish books area, which is what we normally go for. Programs: My daughter is in preschool 3x a week so it's hard to make it to the toddler reading times. However, we participated during the summer and it was great. She also participated in the reading program where she could get prizes and she loved that! The reading time usually includes reading, music/dancing, and a craft/art time. The app is super useful and really easy to use. If I forget our library card, I can just use the app. Did I mention how friendly the staff is?!

In 2013 of October we relocated to the Kern County area of Inyokern CA. Kern County had noticed that Miguel Acevedo & along with my self violated the restraining protective order that prevents Miguel Acevedo from coming within so many yards. This was a continuous status that led Miguel Acevedo in court proceedings during those court court proceedings I was mailed a copy of restraining orders. Those restraining orders did not protect my son's name on the Kern County one. There are dated different dates and some are without my minor sons name on them. My son is a victim of Child Identity theft. A woman named Heather Tyler, a Ridgecrest born resident has a bad back story that involves her making poor choices of being an heroin addict and during her due date of pregnancy avoiding the possible cause of CPS to step in and remove her children if needed. Heather Tyler gave birth to two undocumented children in the country of Mexico in Guatemala. When I moved here in Kern County with the attention of reuniting with my biological mother I didn't know my son and I was walking into a blind eyed situation that will have my son shadow for his identification and those protection restraining orders in Kern County dropping & removing my son's name off of them. Heather Tyler has used my son's social security number at the border without my consent. She was located in a police report letter to be in a rental property that I was the tenant of as the report claims that she was located coming out of the shed. I had personal information in the shed and that's how she obtained my son's information to grant her children thru the Mexico custom border back into the United States of America to bring her kids back to Ridgecrest California to end up having them children in the protective custody of CPS. Photos 1-5 is the Kern County domestic violence restraining orders, Photo number 6, is the Long Beach Domestic violence restraining order Photo 7 partial preceding court hearing court report in Bakersfield CA juvenile Court in 2017 for case violating the restraining protection orders of Long Beach Photo 8 and 9 is a compact letter with personal information containing Miguel Acevedo, Heather Tyler (if wanting to grant a pi to investigate the alleged statement that I am making a file report for) including myself Gina White- Social Security numbers, DOB, addresses and at that time phone numbers. A case letter from a Kern sheriff that explained Heather Tyler whereabouts located on my rental housing property in Inyoken CA. Photos of Heather Tyler Facebook screenshot captured from her account and also the screenshot capture of me asking meta AI what does one of those photo mean. Heather Tyler is from a MS13 gang goes by the name of ESSA13. I felt like me and my son are targeted by Ridgecrest wannabe gang members especially if Heather Tyler is claiming to be from a gang or is it an heiron addict gain to make victims of identity theft to bow down and be scared. I also have screenshots of some Walmart online indicating that someone agents here is in my phone with the Walmart online showing some Chinese symbols. I feel like that is a sign that they are aware that I have information against someone who is their long term resident and whomever other that were involved with the Ridgecrest Court not being legit on the proper way ab restraining order was to be with my son's name included at all times since the restraining protective order originated from out of the Long Beach Los Angeles area. I know that East Kern is a small rural town and they watch outsiders that move in like nobody business. I also know who Heather Tyler is related too, if she has family members in the CPS office or Baby Dad in the Kern County office. All know I don't appreciate that my son is a victim and they played me like I was born to become some idiot. I have filed with the Ridgecrest police department on Child Identity theft since those restraining orders doesn't have my son's name on them that incidents when they granted the to get here undocumented children back to the United States in Ridgecrest CA. I feel like they should have left the restraining order alone leaving it just the same way as the Long Beach one. Identity theft is really serious and can be fatal, I can trust this area. I feel like they can be possible still online shadowing my son and including me. We can be data clone victims. The matter of me filing not at Kern County Sheriffs Department due to those errors in the restraining order and plus that we were outer county residents I didn't feel it was safe, I made the decision to report it to the Ridgecrest Police Department and nothing has been done for years.

I am not sure if the skin burn would not have been so bad if someone would have rinsed the burn right away instead placing ice on the burn site directly. I called 911 on this day to report a hit & run that occurred to my loved ones & I. We followed the vehicle and the 911 dispatcher told us not to follow, and let us know an officer was going to be sent to our location. The officer arrived and he got the information needed & we sent him the pictures of the car that committed the hit and run on us. My husband (slightly intoxicated), sister in law, & I were on our way to dinner before the hit & run & I offered to drive since I was sober. The officer never once followed up with me if he needed any more information, we still don't know what happened to the hit & run driver. Now on 10/20/2023 I received a citation, court summons, and proof of service via mail. Officer Jorge Lopez Badge #23193 committed perjury by signing a form stating that reads "On 5/28/2023, I served this notice of correction" on the proof of service form that he signed. I did not receive a citation or notice on 5/28/2023. I called you guys for HELP!
