We were greeted immediately and offered assistance if we wanted it. They walked us to the exact set we found online and we took some pictures and were able to put 'hands on' so we could make a more informed decision. We walked around the second floor and looked at all the other options throughout. They have great sets and tons of accessories and decor. It is easy to get ideas and inspo here for sure. They offer a cafe with snacks and beverages for longer shops or just general needs. The whole store is very clean and organized. ***UPDATE*** - spoke to Customer Support (Harry) and they offered both a sincere apology and a small credit for a future purchase which I appreciate. ordered a couch. 1 day BEFORE it was to be delivered, told they didn't have it in stock and I could either wait 3 weeks (what was I going to sit on during those 3 weeks? air????) or I could pick another one with a credit ONLY IF IT WAS CHEAPER than the one we chose. That's right, they royally screwed up and their 'offer' to make it right was to credit us if we chose something cheaper (as if that isn't what any normal company would do). The customer service is absolutely awful, we purchased a bed in store, showed the sales associate a picture of the sign and pointed out the bed that we wanted as well, the "Capraia UPHOLSTERED bed" he ordered us the "Capraia PANEL bed" honest mistake we opened the box once we got home and saw it was the incorrect bed, immediately called and put in a claim, they said our sales associate was not there so they couldn't do anything about it and that they'd call us back (they never did). Same thing happened the next day, today we called AGAIN and an incredibly rude sales associate blamed us for the mistake and told us we should have confirmed the bed (still in its box) at the warehouse, which is absolutely ridiculous and not our responsibility to do their job. I purchased the Tobago outdoor furniture set from City Furniture in February 2025 for over $3,000, and in less than a year the wood has completely lost its finish and color. The entire set now looks severely weathered and worn. This is not minor discoloration, the protective finish has clearly failed across multiple pieces. Outdoor furniture should be built to withstand normal conditions, especially in Florida. I also purchased a protection plan, but my claim was denied multiple times because "discoloration is not covered." This completely ignores the fact that this is a premature product failure, not normal wear. After multiple attempts, I was not offered any solution at all. Order #347449 Absolutely unacceptable "Warranty Insurance Fraud". This company has wasted my time, cost me money, and shown zero respect for its customers. This is the SECOND time they have confirmed my delivery, had me take unpaid time off work, and then canceled at the last minute claiming the furniture was suddenly out of stock or damaged. How does a company "discover" this only on the day of delivery after confirming everything? I have now lost wages on multiple occasions because I trusted their confirmations. Instead of taking responsibility for the financial impact they caused, they offered me a $50 credit as if that somehow makes up for the lost income, inconvenience, and stress. It doesn't. I purchased the furniture protection plan expecting professional service, but the delivery process has been a complete nightmare. Their inventory management, communication, and customer service are unacceptable. In my opinion, customers are being misled with delivery confirmations that the company cannot honor. I would never recommend this company. City Furniture never put me through anything like this. Save yourself the frustration, missed work, and disappointment, and shop somewhere else. Update: After I sent my email, I received a call from someone who introduced himself as the social media representative. Unfortunately, the call only made this experience worse. He offered no real solution and no accountability. The only purpose of the call was to tell me my delivery had been rescheduled for Wednesday which I already knew and to confirm that my furniture is in stock. If my furniture is in stock, why wasn't it delivered today? I spent the entire day waiting at home after taking unpaid time off from work, only for City Home to fail to deliver my furniture for the second time. Please don't have your social media representative call customers unless they're calling with a real solution. Simply confirming the furniture is in stock after failing to deliver it does not resolve the problem. I encourage anyone considering purchasing from this company to read the reviews carefully. I'm clearly not the only customer experiencing repeated delivery cancellations and poor communication. This appears to be a pattern. It is not worth the time and money! This business runs on cash grab. Very unprofessional customer care service. Once you pay and sign for your order, refunds are not accepted right of the bat! I had an order and received a defective bed, they promised to replace the bed. The replacement never showed up and got canceled delivery notification twice. I got frustrated because they ruined my long weekend! They refused to refund me and after telling the customer care agent I would file a complaint to the business bureau l, the agent accepted to issue a refund. However, that refund was never received. The agent told me they cannot refund the money back to my card and he confirmed that my refund. The promise was to issue a check. I was told that it will take 7 to 15 business days. The check never showed up. I called the customer care after 25 days and I was told that the agent who told me that my refund would me through a check was wrong and against the company policy. Apparently, which is not proven, they refunded my visa gift card! Although, I paid using two cards, my personal bank card, and the visa gift card. When I talked to the agent first time regarding my refund, I made it clear to ensure that refund is issued to my personal card not to the gift card as I have discarded it! They did not provide any proof of refund though. They wanted me to give them the gift card details that I don't have to correct their stupid mistake. They wanted to make it difficult and do the work for them. I filed a complaint to the business bureau. They responded that they will refund me through a check ( again another 7 to 15 business day), after the complaint was closed by the business bureau which I did not I agree with, I received a call from their office and I was told " sorry we refunded you, and we cannot help you with your request" having confirmation twice that my refund will be issued and reissued through a check, the backed off. The message is clear, its our mistake, assuming they refunded the wrong card which is yet to be proven, it is the responsibility of the customer even to bear the consequences. I spent $130 dollars to repair the bed on top of it is regular price. DON'T BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS IT IS MONEY GRAB TO SAY THE LEADT. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM SALES TO DELIVERY! Well, the finish on the furniture started peeling and lifting on its own -- no water, no damage, no misuse. The material literally began to separate. I filed my claim within the allowed time. They sent a technician who, without any real evidence, labeled it as "misuse." When I asked for a review, they changed the story and said it was "daily use." They can't even keep their explanation consistent, yet they still refuse to cover it. Their "solution" was to offer me only 20% off to buy a new nightstand. 20% for a piece that clearly failed on its own? What's the point of paying for a service plan then? I'm completely in shock I didn't come here to Yelp to see the 1.8 stars.. so we went in last Saturday and had a good time on the showroom picking out the coffee buffet server, bar stools and bed frame. We have the delivery set for Monday, and I take a few hours off work to receive. They only have the bed frame and incorrect order with 3 side chairs, not the 3 bar stools. Also no coffee buffet server. Then comes Wednesday and they deliver just the 3 bar stools, no coffee buffet server. So now we have used a few hours for 2 days this week of vacation time. Today we get the coffee server around noon, and the delivery drivers are on the customer service line before they even get in our house to unbox it. They left, and a few minutes later, we noticed that the hardware pieces at the bottom of the table have been tightened too hard and visibly damaged the bottom of the drawers. On top of that, paint streaks are running down the sides of the inside. So 3 deliveries and not one time was it correct. And the 3rd one came with the damaged table we went in for in the first place. I HIGHLY ADVISE ANYONE LOOKING FOR FURNITURE TO STAY AWAY FROM HERE. Their "customer care" can offer to send out a technician to fix the furniture, but yeah, during working hours. There were so many issues with my purchase from start to finish. Long story short the sales people here are the pushiest and they will lie and make false claims to get you to buy the furniture. I bought almost $5000 of furniture and they sent one person to deliver it and the man literally flipped my furniture across my driveway, so obviously all of it was damaged. It was then a nightmare trying to get it replaced. They lied to me about details of the financing. They do not take retunrs. Even Wayfair takes returns. Even online mattress companies allow some time to use the mattress and then take returns if the mattress doesn't suit you. Not City Furniture. Unless you are certain that a chair that is on a showroom floor, in showroom lighting, and well used due to many people having sat on it, is going to be a perfect fit for your home, do not buy here. I purchased a whole bedroom set and protection plan with it. The Sales Rep assured me it will cover future damages. I have recently filed a claim and it was denied because they couldn't fix the damages, even thought, damages on the furniture are exactly those covered in the protection plan. Extremely Disappointed with City Furniture's Service I recently went to City Furniture ready to spend thousands of dollars on a new couch. I made it very clear to Mariuxi, the sales representative, that we needed the couch no later than Friday. She reassured us multiple times that it would arrive on time, specifically by Wednesday, so we agreed and even paid for premium shipping. Come Wednesday, and the couch is nowhere to be found. It turns out Mariuxi wrote down the wrong phone number, so the delivery driver couldn't reach us. When I called to ask about the status, I was told the driver had just left five minutes earlier and that "there's nothing we can do." They claimed the driver attempted delivery but apparently couldn't even ring the doorbell. No one provided a clear explanation, and I never received the promised 3-hour delivery window notification via email either. When I pointed out these multiple failures--wrong contact info, lack of notification, no doorbell ring--nobody took responsibility. To make it worse, I was told my only options were to either wait another 5 days or pick it up myself. One of the managers even said I could get it the next day, but only if I paid more. Absolutely unacceptable. I took a day off to receive this delivery, and City Furniture completely wasted my time with no accountability. I'm remodeling my home soon, but after this experience, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more

This is the second time I am writing a review. They had refused to help me until I gave a review that was not positive. They said my warranty doesn't cover stains but they would 'gladly' send someone over to try to remove stains. The stains are seeping out from inside fabric. I have no other way to explain it I did not stain them.Apparently the material is messed up from the inside. My warranty covers spots but they said it doesn't. The tech came & did his best. He said that I was not at fault for what is happening to the chairs (white). He requested new chairs because these are not stains. It's the fabric. I got a call back a few minutes ago saying they couldn't replace them because 'stains' aren't under warranty. The tech already verified it's not stains. It took over 5 months to receive these chairs & less than two years for this incident. They have a beautiful showroom but beware. It's all a facade. Dumb Dumb Dumb store. I love furniture shopping and was impressed by the size of the store. It's a workout to walk around the whole store and there are all kinds of choices for bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms and outdoors. It's also fun when the person who greets you at the door gives you a head start then stalks you down later casually walking by and making sure you found everything. The reason for the 2 stars (should be one other than the fact they did have a lot to choose from) was that I found a rug I wanted to purchase and since their "handyman" didn't work on weekends, I'd have to come back and pick it up the next day. WTF is that? It's a weekend when most people shop. And it's a drill that lowers the rugs (I see them do it at Homegoods). I can see this being a cool place with the cafe and such, but not having staff to assist with purchases on one of the busiest shopping weekends of the year is just a dumb oversite by management. read more

I recently purchased a living room set and a dining room set from the Orlando City Furniture. Both sets were missing some minor parts. I've had multiple people come to my property to attempt to repair or replace these items with wrong parts being delivered to attempt to fix the initial issue. My end tables were missing suction cups to secure the glass to the metal frame. Plastic stoppers were delivered instead of the suction cups. I spoke with customer care multiple times and I was told that it could take up to twelve weeks to get the screws delivered for the chair. My lamps were delivered with different colored lamp shades. I shoukd have listened to what other locals have said. I ordered a bed a month ago that was delivered with the wrong parts. It's not a major fix but that bed can't be used until I get the parts. First they were going to mail me the correct parts, after 2 weeks I called about the missing Parts and they said it would be better if someone from city comes to finish putting the bed together. 1 hour before they were to arrive they called and canceled saying they don't have the part. I was told the missing part could be made and it will take a week to complete. Now I'm told the bed is discountined and they want me to pick out another bed.
