That's right, they royally screwed up and their 'offer' to make it right was to credit us if we chose something cheaper (as if that isn't what any normal company would do). That's the way it came from the manufacturer too late so they won't fix it or exchange it. I was told even if a leg breaks chair we replace -if something happens, you get stained /my bed headboard -they refuse to change the headboard / we gave you a cleaning. The entire set now looks severely weathered and worn. This is not minor discoloration, the protective finish has clearly failed across multiple pieces. Outdoor furniture should be built to withstand normal conditions, especially in Florida. I also purchased a protection plan, but my claim was denied multiple times because "discoloration is not covered." This completely ignores the fact that this is a premature product failure, not normal wear. After multiple attempts, I was not offered any solution at all. Very disappointed with City Furniture. I bought my nightstands for almost $500 and also paid for a 3-year service plan to be protected in case of defects. Well, the finish on the furniture started peeling and lifting on its own -- no water, no damage, no misuse. The material literally began to separate. I filed my claim within the allowed time. They sent a technician who, without any real evidence, labeled it as "misuse." When I asked for a review, they changed the story and said it was "daily use." They can't even keep their explanation consistent, yet they still refuse to cover it. Their "solution" was to offer me only 20% off to buy a new nightstand. 20% for a piece that clearly failed on its own? What's the point of paying for a service plan then? I'm tired of being transferred from person to person, nobody taking responsibility, and City Furniture refusing to honor their own policy. I do NOT recommend buying from City Furniture. I'm completely in shock I didn't come here to Yelp to see the 1.8 stars.. so we went in last Saturday and had a good time on the showroom picking out the coffee buffet server, bar stools and bed frame. We have the delivery set for Monday, and I take a few hours off work to receive. They only have the bed frame and incorrect order with 3 side chairs, not the 3 bar stools. Also no coffee buffet server. Then comes Wednesday and they deliver just the 3 bar stools, no coffee buffet server. So now we have used a few hours for 2 days this week of vacation time. Today we get the coffee server around noon, and the delivery drivers are on the customer service line before they even get in our house to unbox it. They left, and a few minutes later, we noticed that the hardware pieces at the bottom of the table have been tightened too hard and visibly damaged the bottom of the drawers. On top of that, paint streaks are running down the sides of the inside. So 3 deliveries and not one time was it correct. And the 3rd one came with the damaged table we went in for in the first place. I HIGHLY ADVISE ANYONE LOOKING FOR FURNITURE TO STAY AWAY FROM HERE. Their "customer care" can offer to send out a technician to fix the furniture, but yeah, during working hours. Or they can offer a $200 gift card to go buy more of their items with a big headache and wasted time. One of the item I bought 4 years ago cost nearly $8000 and was advertised as a "leather"couch. In reality, it appears to be high quality vinyl, and it is already significantly damaged. The couch also included built in technology which was one of the reasons I chose it. After multiple services attempts , the issues were never resolved. There were so many issues with my purchase from start to finish. Long story short the sales people here are the pushiest and they will lie and make false claims to get you to buy the furniture. I bought almost $5000 of furniture and they sent one person to deliver it and the man literally flipped my furniture across my driveway, so obviously all of it was damaged. They do not take retunrs. Even Wayfair takes returns. Even online mattress companies allow some time to use the mattress and then take returns if the mattress doesn't suit you. Not City Furniture. Unless you are certain that a chair that is on a showroom floor, in showroom lighting, and well used due to many people having sat on it, is going to be a perfect fit for your home, do not buy here. It was shredded wood. The way they build this furniture was horrible. The legs fell off. They would not take care of it. I purchased a whole bedroom set and protection plan with it. The Sales Rep assured me it will cover future damages. I have recently filed a claim and it was denied because they couldn't fix the damages, even thought, damages on the furniture are exactly those covered in the protection plan. Extremely Disappointed with City Furniture's Service I recently went to City Furniture ready to spend thousands of dollars on a new couch. I made it very clear to Mariuxi, the sales representative, that we needed the couch no later than Friday. She reassured us multiple times that it would arrive on time, specifically by Wednesday, so we agreed and even paid for premium shipping. Come Wednesday, and the couch is nowhere to be found. It turns out Mariuxi wrote down the wrong phone number, so the delivery driver couldn't reach us. When I called to ask about the status, I was told the driver had just left five minutes earlier and that "there's nothing we can do." They claimed the driver attempted delivery but apparently couldn't even ring the doorbell. No one provided a clear explanation, and I never received the promised 3-hour delivery window notification via email either. When I pointed out these multiple failures--wrong contact info, lack of notification, no doorbell ring--nobody took responsibility. To make it worse, I was told my only options were to either wait another 5 days or pick it up myself. One of the managers even said I could get it the next day, but only if I paid more. Absolutely unacceptable. I took a day off to receive this delivery, and City Furniture completely wasted my time with no accountability. I'm remodeling my home soon, but after this experience, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more

This is the second time I am writing a review. They had refused to help me until I gave a review that was not positive. They said my warranty doesn't cover stains but they would 'gladly' send someone over to try to remove stains. The stains are seeping out from inside fabric. I have no other way to explain it I did not stain them.Apparently the material is messed up from the inside. My warranty covers spots but they said it doesn't. The tech came & did his best. He said that I was not at fault for what is happening to the chairs (white). He requested new chairs because these are not stains. It's the fabric. I got a call back a few minutes ago saying they couldn't replace them because 'stains' aren't under warranty. The tech already verified it's not stains. It took over 5 months to receive these chairs & less than two years for this incident. They have a beautiful showroom but beware. It's all a facade. Dumb Dumb Dumb store. I love furniture shopping and was impressed by the size of the store. It's a workout to walk around the whole store and there are all kinds of choices for bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms and outdoors. It's also fun when the person who greets you at the door gives you a head start then stalks you down later casually walking by and making sure you found everything. The reason for the 2 stars (should be one other than the fact they did have a lot to choose from) was that I found a rug I wanted to purchase and since their "handyman" didn't work on weekends, I'd have to come back and pick it up the next day. WTF is that? It's a weekend when most people shop. And it's a drill that lowers the rugs (I see them do it at Homegoods). I can see this being a cool place with the cafe and such, but not having staff to assist with purchases on one of the busiest shopping weekends of the year is just a dumb oversite by management. read more

I recently purchased a living room set and a dining room set from the Orlando City Furniture. Both sets were missing some minor parts. I've had multiple people come to my property to attempt to repair or replace these items with wrong parts being delivered to attempt to fix the initial issue. My end tables were missing suction cups to secure the glass to the metal frame. Plastic stoppers were delivered instead of the suction cups. I spoke with customer care multiple times and I was told that it could take up to twelve weeks to get the screws delivered for the chair. My lamps were delivered with different colored lamp shades. It's been a challenging experience. I'd honestly encourage not paying for the premium delivery. read more

Never buy anything from City Furniture. I purchased a $2,000 mattress. I was forced to purchase the bottom piece ($200) that I could get online for 1/2 the price. They said if I bought online they would not honor the warranty if I ever needed them to. They delivered the wrong size so I slept on the floor for a several days. Eleven months later there was a big dip on the side of my bed. I called the store and they want $50 IN CASH to send out their guy to evaluate the dip. I asked if he was educated in this and they said yes. If he thought the mattress was fine, he would leave with this $50 in cash. I asked them to take a check and they said no. Then they called back and said they would take a credit card. I called back the number they called from and they answered however the caller ID was "Suspected Spam". I wouldn't give this guy $50 cash nor would I give my credit card info to a SPAM phone. I called the store and asked for a supervisor and got no one except to call another 800 number which also was SPAM. No supervisor assisted me. Everyone was a "supervisor". I shoukd have listened to what other locals have said. I ordered a bed a month ago that was delivered with the wrong parts. It's not a major fix but that bed can't be used until I get the parts. First they were going to mail me the correct parts, after 2 weeks I called about the missing Parts and they said it would be better if someone from city comes to finish putting the bed together. 1 hour before they were to arrive they called and canceled saying they don't have the part. I was told the missing part could be made and it will take a week to complete. Now I'm told the bed is discountined and they want me to pick out another bed. BUYER BEWARE! Terrible service and worse value! After paying $3k for a chair and sofa, and then an extended warranty, the pieces are falling apart. In 6 months the material is completely worn as if they're used for years. After placing a warranty claim, they have the audacity to tell us it's not covered when the sales man, Angel, told us everything was covered.
