Fabian was incredibly kind, fair, and prompt in handling the repair, fixing the issue quickly and professionally. Following that excellent service, I hired N&A Fencing for a larger project: designing and installing a new chain link fence around my backyard to create a space for my little dog to play. I had had him replace part of the fence a couple years ago and working with him went fine, so I trusted him and paid him the deposit. This was very wrong. Ed has repeatedly blown me off when trying to schedule and will not return texts, voicemails, or even messages on other platforms. I've been trying to schedule with him for several months and have now asked for the deposit back since he never completed or even scheduled the project that he agreed to in the estimate. Ed is non-responsive. I'm really disappointed that he would steal my money as I liked his work and working with him previously went well. They installed a heavy duty metal fence which required a lot of concrete and welding. It turned out so much better than I could have expected. Because they did such a great job on the fence, I ended up having them cut down and thin out overgrown trees, re-grade and gravel my driveway, tear out 50' of existing stairs that were not safe and replacing them with a new stair walkway, adding a metal handrail for additional safety. All of these jobs were done with quality craftsmanship and dedication as if they were working on their own property. They always showed up on time and when expected.
