She was so very kind and suggested that she just make a whole new one. Even though I didn't want her to go through all of the trouble, I quickly thanked her And said yes, please. She explained to me that she was a new worker still learning the drinks. I told her I didn't mind at all that the drink was made differently and I appreciated her helping me out with a new coffee This location seems to get a little hectic and they do seem to be under staffed, but for those reasons, I appreciate the humbleness and kindness of the workers!

So I removed the McFlurry, suspecting that was the issue, & reordered the Quarter Pounder & fries. That order was then cancelled because "a menu item was unavailable". We got into the car and drove to McDonald's. We left the drive-thru with the Quarter Pounder, fries, and a McFlurry. So why cancel two orders when clearly there was not an issue with food supply? Be honest with your customers.
