We walked in and saw this large, lit posted menu and had to take a few minutes to look at it to figure what we wanted. I chose a chicken cheesesteak with Cooper cheese. We also went with the Mild Italian sub. Both were super tasty and fresh. The bread was amazing! The owner of the shop was there talking to someone about the place because people didn't know it's originally from Philadelphia. He said "the secret is in the bread!" I'd have to agree. If this is accurate, it's hard to imagine how uncomfortable and potentially unsafe those conditions must be when temperatures are in the 90s and kitchen equipment is running all day. Great restaurants depend on great employees, and employees deserve a safe, comfortable work environment. I hope management addresses this issue and invests in better working conditions for their staff.

It is a small place, and surprisingly it's open after 10pm. I stopped by with my family and ocule not asked for a better customer service. Parents don't speak any English and yet they made sure everyone had what was needed it to feel comfortable. Now, let's get to business: the pizza comes very hot, and the type of temperature that burns your mouth with the cheese. Very thick dough, kind of to make you feel it's a delicious bread with toppings on top of it. We had the Hawaiian and cheese steak. A lot of toppings on both (surprisingly, since most big chain, branded pizza, are sometimes stingy). We ate at the place and they asked if we would like on top of it. Sure, we said! It's a different type of sauce and was good. I can get enough appreciation of how good they made us feel, almost like when you are sharing food with family; that's how good this place is.
