We initially went there to get my son a vegan donut but since it was made of almond flour, he could not eat it. I ordered myself a lavender matcha. It was not too sweet but nothing extraordinary for a matcha latte. Second visit, I ordered the Nutella chimney. I am not into extremely sweet pastries so I asked for easy Nutella spread. This was a nice surprise for lunch. We did not have any of the specialty beverages or ice cream, just some chimneys. Overall, a good lunch with a few small issues. I had the turkey chimney and I found it very good. Lots of meat and vegetables. The bread felt very fresh. Though plentiful, the turkey felt a bit basic (compared to the ham). I also sampled the caprese sandwich (which is split open--not a chimney, but the same bread). Once again, the veggies really shown through here. Next time, we would have the basalmic glaze on the side as it was a bit heavy for our tastes and soaked through a bit. The cheese was hearty. There was a slight miscommunication about our two other meals, for kids. One was correct (the PB&J). However, I think they toasted the bread? It was a bit more crunchy than we would have expected instead of soft. This, unfortunately, made it unpalatable for one kid. I thought it tasted good, but the toasting (or stale bread?) wasn't the best choice. The other was supposed to be a ham sandwich, plain. But instead we got a ham, havarti, and egg chimney (which, looking over the receipt, I was charged for). That one is on me for not correcting the order. This change also made it undesirable for kid #2. Upon my trying it, the bread, a chimney, was equally as good. The ham here was better than my turkey. There was a lot of egg. This was not so good if you're my kid, but probably very good if that's the actual sandwich you want. We had a sweet chimney with nutella. It was very good! Seating is very limited. Great spot to grab breakfast and the reviews are right it is a five star boat service and in taste you can find a unique type of breakfast wrap in a chimney and they also have your pastries and your coffees that you'd want. Great atmosphere of worth the drive for a bit and I would say they have a lot of variety for a small shop. Inside is decorated nicely and you can also sit outside. One of the top breakfast sandwiches I've had! In addition to chimneys, they have a bakery case with items, such as cupcakes, vegan donuts, bread pudding, and another European desserts. Ice cream can also be purchased in a cup. They serve locally roasted sweet bloom coffee and alternative milk is available for a dollar extra. We searched for a breakfast place on our way out of Winter Park. This one came up, so we tried it. Oh my goodness, I'm SO glad we did! The chimneys were delicious! My son even liked it. We ate inside, and it is the cutest little restaurant. The people were incredibly kind to us, and you can see them making the chimneys, which was fun! What a gem in Winter Park! Looking for a good hot cup of coffee and something to eat, I was directed towards Rollin Street Bakery! It is a small cafe that serves up some of the best sandwiches.... rolls...chimneys in town! I got the Vladimir and it was a hit! The veggies: bell peppers, lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers were fresh and bright! The mustard added a nice sharp bite, while the havarti cheese added umami and the ham was piled on! This was one of the best sandwiches I've had in a long time and the dough and herbs were tasty! My fiance had the mushroom, spinach and feta pastry which was to die for. They do an amazing job with their doughs here. Unfortunately their coffee that day was pretty lackluster and matcha was more milky than actual green tea. Their chocolate muffin which we had high hopes for was very dry and had only a small amount of ganache in the middle. Please stop by for their chimneys, you won't be disappointed! read more

Simply the best lunch spot after a long hike - The rolled sandwiches are such a goofy concept, but so tasty and the best refuel!! I got there right at 7, grabbed an order to go, and ate in the parking lot. Quiche, and the latte delicious. But the "bread on a skewer". Get one. Or 2. I are 1/2 before I skied and thought it wouldn't taste good cold I was wrong . . . yes it was better warm but I still devoured it (and enjoyed it!). Restrooms are downstairs in the laundromat. Just wow! This is the spot if you're looking for the best breakfast on the go. Their bacon, egg, & havarti "chimney" was phenomenal. I also needed my coffee fix and tried their seasonal latte (blackberry & honey cold brew latte) and an iced white mocha latte with coconut milk. Both were 10/10. They have all kinds of milk substitutes, which I appreciated. They also have sweet "chimneys" (bread rolled in cinnamon sugar) which you can add spreads like Nutella, cream cheese, fruit and even a scoop or 2 of ice cream! Cost for 5 people was just under $100 including two sweet rolls . It is mostly a take out place, with only a few tables. I guess for that price point, I prefer to have full service at a table.
