What a gem in Winter Park! Looking for a good hot cup of coffee and something to eat, I was directed towards Rollin Street Bakery! It is a small cafe that serves up some of the best sandwiches.... rolls...chimneys in town! I got the Vladimir and it was a hit! The veggies: bell peppers, lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers were fresh and bright! The mustard added a nice sharp bite, while the havarti cheese added umami and the ham was piled on! This was one of the best sandwiches I've had in a long time and the dough and herbs were tasty! My fiance had the mushroom, spinach and feta pastry which was to die for.
