We bought a PranaSleep mattress with an adjustable base and a headboard about 2 months ago. It's the best mattress we've ever had, and my husband & I are in our 70's so we are not new mattress shoppers! I have compression fractures in my spine and now when I wake up I walk with better upright posture. The idea of No Coils was new to me and it's so much better to have the natural softness from organic alpaca wool! They aren't affiliated with city furniture, this is a separate store. That's been here for 13 years. Lots of beds and a big parking lot out front. The huge store was filled with attractive beds & bedding. Kelly was very helpful, she knew exactly what we wanted and is able to get it delivered tomorrow. She took our credit card printed up the receipt and we were out in 15 minutes. White glove delivery, set up & take away are provided for an additional $79. We had a window between noon and 2 o'clock, the delivery came 20 minutes early. The two delivery men were in and out in less than five minutes. They set up the bed perfectly, would need efficient and took all the garbage away with them. City mattress wasn't the cheapest, but they did an excellent job. It truly was an easy, fast & professional purchasing delivering and installing two new boxsprings on a king size bed. read more

After doing my own research and price shopping at a nearby competitor, I found doing business with Barb a great customer experience. She was receptive and knowledgeable. She price matched the mattress, and included the delivery, set up, and take away. Furthermore, the new box springs were included, too. (The price match competition also included the box springs.) Best of all, there was next day delivery! Plus she included 2 new pillows, pillow cases, a fitted sheet, and comforter. The delivery team were on time, pleasant and courteous. Rude and discourteous sales person. I was buying a King Bed set today and was talked down to and discarded after stating my preferences. I assume spending v lose to $2000 was too low for this store. We Love Our New Bed! We went to the Boynton Beach store. Glenn was a great service rep. He showed us various beds, gave his opinions of what he thought might be best for us and was very warm and friendly in the process. The bed was delivered on the date he promised. The delivery guys set up the new bed and removed our old bed. They were very professional and polite. This wasn't our first time buying from City Mattress. This time we purchased the Sealy Lavina adjustable mattress with the Sealy adjustable base, both pieces are Twin XL. So if one of us wants to sit up or sleep in an upward position, the other can lie flat and we're both comfortable. The first night we had the bed was probably the best night's sleep I have had in years! We bought from City again because our experience was excellent the first time. It's completely changed my health. My back is not aching in the morning and I wake up happy and ready to go. I went to the Boynton Beach store which had many beds to look at and try. I was lucky to have Bob helping me. Low pressure. Knowledgeable. Ready to respond to my questions and assist me with a comfortable experience. I was very pleased with his assistance. I knew that I wanted coils for more support yet a bed with foam on top for comfort. I gave him my price point and that helped both of us to narrow my choices. I HATE really HATE looking for a mattress. There are too many confusing styles and lame promotions so it was refreshing to work with someone at a mattress store that I felt wasn't trying to BS me..i need3d the mattress in a rush as I was leaving town the next day and the sales guy (originally from Jersey) did me a solid and was going to get me the floor model but when there was an issue he got me another one and through in a box spring at a reduced price so it came out to the same price as the floor model.. As it was too late to be delivered, i drove to the warehouse where the hardest working Jamaican guys load3d my car for me. I tipped them a something extra for being so helpful and professional. It sounds really corny but these people made the mart tress buying experience actually enjoyable. We bought A mattress at city mattress. After they delivered it the first night we could not sleep it was so hard. We went to the store the next day and they told us they couldn't do anything for us for 30 days that we had to "break in" the mattress. I bought mattresses before and never had to break them in. We purchased a bed, mattress and motorized under unit from City Mattress. The overall experience was very positive. Our salesman, Shane Willis guided us through the process and answered all our questions. He was extremely knowledgeable and not at all pushy or high pressure. Their mattresses are marked with a Retail and selling price which is much lower. Upon researching the price I found no one had it cheaper. They will match a lower price or refund a difference if you can find it. The Simmons model we selected was the "Marcos". In communicating with Simmons they tell me that various Retailers may have different names for the same mattress...interesting. A little hard to compare apples to apples but not impossible. We felt we got a more than fair deal from CM. The delivery personnel could not have been more professional and efficient in the installation. We will be future customers. read more
